I have always wanted to draw but I have…
I have always wanted to draw but I have no patience, so this course was perfect for me. I was able to draw something that looked pretty good, if I may say so myself ☺️I don’t want to be perfect but just have a hobby that I could enjoy almost straight away. The course was easy to follow and definitely worthwhile for me.

Amazing Criminology & Profiling, Forensic Science courses!
I really enjoyed taking the Criminology & Profiling and Forensic Science courses. The modules were very informative, not excessively long, and the test were challenging. I now have extra knowledge about these (3) that I’ve always been curious learning more about and the earned certifications will surely enhance my resume even more.
One suggestion, please allow an easy select/deselect touch answer option to avoid wrong selection mishaps resulting in unintentional lower test grades. This happened twice to me.
I had a great experience overall and will surely recommend IOA courses to family and friends and may even try a new course myself in the future! Thanks so much for everything!

I purchased a groupon with them
I purchased a groupon with them. I had a small issue the first time, but they fixed the issue. Upon starting my course with them I can say I was definitely NOT impressed at ALL. First the courses are very basic and not advanced at all. My course was for Food and beverage management. I'm a food service supervisor and took this course thinking that they were going to teach me more about food and beverage MANAGEMENT! Preferably Inventory, PLS, Ordering, financials and everything else related to F&B. Sadly that didn't happen. All the study and exams were basically about catering and what to do if you had a catering company. The course was super easy and litterly had about 7 questions to each so called final exam. To make matters worse they charge you SO much like $70 for a hard copy certificate and around $44 for a digital copy. Now seeing as though I got a groupon for really cheap and courses are about $170 or so without one ,which to me if I'm paying that much for a ridiculous course like this I would expect to get a certificate included in the price. Why would I want to pay $70 dollars for a certificate that i have no idea if it's creditable or not?? To me they REALLY need to redo these courses and make them longer and harder! Make me WORK for it!!I feel as though they are only about the MONEY! They seem to charge you for EVERYTHING! To get a piece of paper that says your enrolled, To get a piece of paper stating that you completed a course, to get a hard copy of your certificate, or a digital copy. I can honestly say that I'm glad I brought a groupon and didn't pay full price for one of these so called courses. Please save your money and find an actual reputable place to get a "REAL" Certificate.

I am not interested in a membership…
I am not interested in a membership with International Open Academy that I was just charged for. The amount is 29.99 euros and it is a service that I don't want nor need. It's abusive to charge a membership fee when the only thing I wanted was the 20 euros TOEFL course, ordered in July 2025. I don't want that course either now and I am expecting the refund, at least for the membership.

I enrolled in the 120 Hour TESOL Course and I enjoyed the time I spent while reading, analyzing, and meditating the information provided on it. In addition, since my passion is teaching, I know that having successfully completed this course will help me getting more job opportunities in the education field. (I can't wait any longer)
