No update on delivery time when I tried…
No update on delivery time when I tried to find out where my order was. Still hadn't heard anything at 5pm when I found the flowers had been left down the side of my house at unknown time when people had been home. Would not have even known they were there if I hadn't walked around that side of the house. Poor form

Wide variety of flower arrangements and extras to chose from. Prices to suit every budget. I ordered flowers through the website on Saturday evening for a family member's birthday the following Monday. Very smooth booking and payment process. The flowers were delivered early on the morning of her birthday. Absolutely beautiful. I ordered the smallest teddy bear to go with the flowers... the teddy was lovely and bigger than I thought it would be. Well done Interflora. Very happy to recommend their flowers.

Inadequate systems, no tracking, misleading images
Would not use Interflora again. Extremely poor in every way. For one, they have no order tracking system. I received a message that they received my order, but nothing to say it was delivered. When I emailed them, they had no idea if it had been delivered or not (at the time I was unable to contact the recipient). Once I finally confirmed it had been delivered, the flowers are nothing like what's on the image and don't reflect the order.

While we do have a delivery confirmation process in place, we recognise that it is not currently providing the consistent and timely confirmation our customers should receive. As this was an international order, our overseas partners would normally provide confirmation once delivery has been completed. As you have provided your order number, we can now investigate this with our international partner in Malta to confirm what has occurred.

Little disappointed
We appreciate flowers are dependent upon the season but they were not as nice and nothing like the picture on the internet. All the flowers were in full bloom and petals had already dropped from some. Disappointed with what was received compared to the picture on internet considering what we paid. No buds in the bouquet and therefore worry that they will not last very long at all.

Great disappointment and embarrassment
I have used Interflora on many occasions over the years and in fact twice only last week. This week I wanted something special for my daughter and her husbands birthday and ordered the Foodie Gift Hamper for $129 plus delivery costs.I was so disappointed and embarrassed when my daughter sent me a photo of what she received-no attractive presentation with ribbon and the components did not include those presented in the photograph on the Interflora website. I was hoping that there was a facility here to display the photograph of what was received. Marilyn Birmingham

Uber used to deliver - not delivered to address on order
Ordering was easy on the website from England, flowers were beautiful however uber was used for delivery and left at the wrong address.
Luckily they were walked by the house owners to the correct address clearly on the delivery details. There was no tracking details that advised me if delivered on not.

Terrible Service - Save Your Money !
Extremely dissatisfied with both the inaccurate bouquet delivered to my Aunty’s 90th birthday in Italy but also the arrogance & unprofessionalism of the customer representatives. They have excuses for everything!! Direct you to read their FAQs page - Be Aware - What you choose on their website is NOT what will be delivered. !! Save your money. Never will I use Interflora again.

As flowers are created locally, particularly for international orders, some variation can occur depending on seasonal and local availability.
