I applied for the ICA Specialist Certificate in AI for Compliance Professionals course with ICA. The course content was provided in the form of an online booklet, which you are required to read within 8 weeks. Unfortunately, after enrollment, and when I attempted to sit for the online exam, the system did not work. In both instances, I had to contact support to resolve the issue.

Regarding the course content, there are no live or pre-recorded lectures; all you have to do is read the material and then sit for an online exam consisting of multiple-choice questions. The only practice exam available to students is a single, very limited test exam containing only 5 questions, which is insufficient compared to the actual exam's 25 questions. This lack of practice opportunities makes it difficult to prepare adequately for the final exam.

The final exam seemed more focused on checking whether students remember the exact wording from the study material rather than assessing their understanding of key concepts in AI compliance. Given that the course involves just reading the study material and then sitting for the exam, I feel that the price of the course is not justified by the content provided. However, the reading material was good, even though it was in the form of an online booklet.

ICA should consider presenting the course material through the use of tutors, which can be pre-recorded once. Additionally, there should be a number of practice tests that closely resemble the real exam to help students understand what to expect from the final assessment.

I have just completed my second qualification with ICA and have nothing but good feedback. Both Virtual classrooms and reading material were very helpful. I feel like I learned a lot to help me in my current and future compliance roles. Thanks!

- All the content of the courses is so basic that you're better off studying from Google

- 3 months to get the payment right, at the end they didn't manage to invoice my company so i had to pay myself and get reimbursed.

- I had an emergency and asked to move my deadline for a multiple choice assessment (that can be done within a 5 days period) of 2 days but they refused to help me

- Customer service is useless.

I'll never study with them again, ACAMS is just so much better.

My registration was wrongly input which meant I did not receive my initial registration confirmation email and didn't have access to the ICA website.
Although I chased it up with ICA rep - Shannon Purchase, this wasn't resolved until I spent hours on the phone and chat to fix the issue.
ICA had made a typo when registering my email address which is the reason for the problem.
I logged a complaint on 16 October 2024, reference 00107403 and ICA have still not replied to this complaint.

I have purchased the ICA Certificate in KYC & CDD, the Essential Workshop - KYC/CDD, and ICA Associate Membership (ICT) on 23.12.2024 using my Personal Development Budget. To process reimbursement with my employer, I require a VAT/Sales invoice or a valid receipt.
Today is 09.01.2025 and I still haven't received a single response from this organization, and I contacted them more than three times through the official form on the website and via chat. There is no email for requests, chat and the mandatory form are not answered.

I took 3 STEP advance certificate courses. The entire onboarding, online course delivery and learning support has been exceptional. Special thanks to George from the Learning Support Team for being so understanding and helpful with my circumstances when I called for assistance. His actions made me feel that CLTI has my best interest to heart - they really want you to succeed in the course and exams.

The customer service of ICA UK is excellent. They are professional.
Please add CPD years in the dashboard output and the current year's CPD needs to show as default, not the previous year.

I struggled with the ICA to get a refund after my dedicated and long time awaited course has been cancelled.

Wanted to say big thanks to the support team for the help guiding my case.

I find myself struggling with the completion of the course and I contacted the Customer Service team wondering if they could help me as I didnt understood well the deadline and its implications. I would have been grateful if they had giving me a chance to prove i had a reasonable ground for my mistake, but they did not gave me any hard time, they have been patience and generous with their solution and honestly I totally felt they went above and beyond understanding my challenges and offering me the best solution. WOW. Its been WOW. I totally recommend ICA

Well detailed and up to date manual with a wider range of examples and guidelines from various jurisdictions.

I had issues in receiving certificate but Agent ELIZEBETH COLLINS, was very helpful and fixed the issue immediately. Thank you ELIZEBETH :)

Update 26/06/2024: As of today and several more emails still not a reply from Service Desk nor Learning Support. Every time the same thing. You need to fire the incompetent person getting paid to manage this for ICA, they are completely useless. Ask me to assist ICA to get this right for ICA and get rid of the useless employee managing learner support. You people spend too much time dressing up, pretending to offer a world class service and doing social media instead of actual support.

And again the ICA support is almost non-existent. It's the twelfth day since I contacted learningsupport at int-comp.org and not even a response on 21 June 2024.
My first query last year took 3 months for a response.
I will never ever study at International Compliance Association again and neither should you. Doing the International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance - This is not even a diploma in the first place, it's an online certificate course marketed as a diploma, no lecturing just a few very high level teams classes and no real discussion on the course work.
If you want a diploma and learning support go to a university.

Paid for the course in the middle of May, received no invoice or response. I outreached the ICA, they respond that they have system errors. Fine, I waited. No update on that issue except for a generic response from the Managing Director. Outreach again and again. Invoice finally comes, but no log-in details. I outreached AGAIN since the ICA couldn't do that first. I got a useless email about how my payment was accepted, not answering the question about log-in details. Keep emailing and finally I'm told there is ANOTHER issue with the systems. Still no log-in details a month later. I submitted a complaint and would like a refund because I have never dealt with a service like this one where they can't even give log-in details after requesting a lot of money for their course.

Update: 21/06/24 - the staff reached out and kindly helped me with my issue. I can now access my course.
