We were provided clear, detailed information and lead through then application for our life insurance with confidence by our advisior Craig. We we given better options from what we were currently being covered for and also made a saving. No pressure given and all concerns/questions answered. Really pleased with the service provided to us.

Craig was super, it took a while for us to sort everything out as I was constantly in meetings but I said to him please don’t give up on me and to be fair, he hung on in. We sorted everything out in an hour, Craig explained everything and gave us analogies and scenarios to help us understand more which was helpful and put things into perspective for us. We ended up with a policy from LV who we had heard of so feel confident and satisfied with his service!
