I have trained with Wendy for 6 weeks seeing her once a week and I am very pleased with my results, loosing weight gradually and building up my weights. Wendy makes you feel comfortable from the start and makes the sessions fun, as fun as they can be when you're sweating!

If i could give 0 Stars i would.

I paid for 2 sessions a week. I was 'Trained' in Chelmsford and my sessions were cancelled once a week. I had a set goal which could not be achieved because my trainer kept cancelling on me, sometimes 5 minutes before the session, and he would ignore my messages for days on end. I asked for a refund on my remaining sessions because the finish date for the goal we set had been and gone, and the company refunded me as the trainer ignored me. I told the company that our sessions were always cut 15 minutes short and they refused to refund me for the 2 hours i paid for but never received because my trainer couldn't be bothered to do full hours. My progress was never logged, i had to prompt the trainer to count reps/time me and i never received my free starter session.

Basically this is a fraudulent company that rips people off and doesn't deliver what they promise.

Service is very informative, I've learned a lot so far and the potential to succeed is very motivating.

I found the service from Inspiring Fitness to be very professional and helpful in getting me to my goals.

Great Personal Trainer - highly recommended

I met my Inspiring Fitness trainer at a fairly low point of my life. I was overweight and was desperate to lose weight. My Inspiring Fitness trainers knowledge of Personal Growth and the health and fitness industry is exceptional and he understands how to get achieve success. My Inspiring Fitness trainer has been a revelation and his methods clearly work as he has inspired me to lose a chunk of weight (19 lbs in 6 weeks) that I thought not possible

I worked with Inspiring Fitness for over 12months. My personal trainer is an amazing, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable individual. My trainer has also helped me reduce my stress levels and I feel fitter than ever before.

I started working with my Inspiring Fitness trainer in January 2016. As a Mom of two young children it was difficult to get out to the usual slimming clubs so this was the ideal solution. I've not only lost weight, I've lost inches and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made!
