Have enjoyed beers at their taprooms with friendly service and good value overall.

They are without doubt the "Ratners" of beer! Weeks delaying online order as the site was down for maintenance,,lmao! You could have stripped and rebuilt The Titanic quicker, and like the ship, this business will go down. No communication whatsoever on when the order would be dispatched, even after repeated emails. I cannot understand the belligerent attitude towards customer support, it must be an east coast thing.THEY EVEN DELAYED REFUNDING MY MONEY AFTER CANCELLIN G THE ORDER, ONLY WITTERING ABOUT FINANCIAL TRANSACTION TAKING TIME! ABSOLUTE THIEVES! My advise is, BREWDOG ARE MUCH BETTER THAN THIS SHOWER,,,and they're borderline crap too!

Exceptional venue near to QMU, Glasgow: Really attentive, helpful, funny and friendly staff; great food - l had a celeriac burger which was excellent and the rest of our family group had equally gorgeous vegan or non vegan food. A great atmosphere, lovely location. We will return.

My friend ordered us some beer (I’d previously ordered some of the same) which was on offer on 25th March. These guys didn’t seem to realise the order wasn’t fulfilled and just left it until we rang and asked where is the beer? The girl on the phone is friendly but twice had to call and still 0 feedback. Spoke to a guy before that who didn’t sort anything either.

One thing I’ve learnt about this company is the beer is great but they don’t have any customer service at all. Emailed the CEO as they are usually responsive, well this one isn’t…

Crazy how a company can’t just apologise and fix the issue. I wouldn’t order from them directly again but just hope we manage to get this order we paid for.

Very poor service - ordered from online shop which promised next day delivery. No news on dispatch 3 days later. Called only to be told person who answered could not help with an online purchase and could not access the system. Promised a call back but despite another call and 2 more emails I haven’t had any news. I’ve asked for a refund but that’s been ignored too. Really disappointed as this order was for my husband’s birthday. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before I placed the order.

Update - after raising a complaint Innis & Gunn Sorted out my issues and despite late dispatch managed to send via DPD. All arrived safe and sound and in time for my husband's birthday. Much better communication at the later stage. I would have preferred not to go through all this - but fair is fair - they did sort things out

I ordered bottles from them delivery was on it way then returned by carriers B4 I received it. 8 emails later no reply. Only phone number asks what extension?? How do I know!. None of tap rooms have any info. No phone number nothing.2 weeks on they have my money I have nothing awful company to deal with no customer service what so ever

I love the Rum Cask beer. Unfortunately its difficult to get in my local shops, so I tried online. First one went missing. Turned out after my chasing it up, EVRI had smashed it. Then it seemed I&G changed their transportation, Next 4 deliveries were fine by DPD. Now another has failed to arrive, ordered over a week ago. Again, no notice I just was tracking and found an obscure message from DPD "Your parcel can no longer be delivered"! They suggested I contact Mail Marketing but gave no detail as to how. I complained to I&G, they say they passed the message on (see how this works yet?) and I've heard nothing. Mail Marketing online submission doesn't work and emails to their contact address are bouncing. This is ridiculous. Couldn't run a p****up in a brewery type ridiculous!

Rudest staff I have ever experienced in Edinburgh at the Haymarket pub.

Innis & Gunn supplied the overpriced booze at The Military Navy Tattoo event in Edinburgh. They opened every can even though I requested then not to. This is ridiculous and there was no explanation of why. Will not be buying anything from these crooks every again. Please don't allow them to sponsor this wonderful event again!

Dreadful.

Called in with friends early on a Saturday evening, ended up leaving without even getting a drink. Staff were really poor even though the bar wasn't particularly busy.

Innis and Gunn offered to follow up but then never did!

Went to the their newest pub in Glasgow city centre, Very disappointed, no list of the beers on tap at the tables had to go to bar and read the list above the bar, no signs telling where the toilets are, I was paying the bill by card but given a tip in cash the guy (Ginger hair) actually SNATCHED the money from my hand before it was fully out from my wallet. will not be back

I felt this firm deserves a good review as I ordered on 5th November and the order came via a smiling Yodel delivery driver today, 9th November. Perfectly packaged and all 48 bottles in good order. Thank you very much. I'm impressed!

Me and my brother came to the brewery experience. Had a brilliant time. Craig really knew his stuff and was able to answer all of our questions. Would really recommend.

They changed the recpies about a year. Not nearly as good as the old recipes! Not even close! Bring back the old ones!

They brew some amazing beer but the online shop is atrocious for customer service. They falsely advertised their Cherry Kriek beer as it had lactose listed as an allergen on the bottle but not on the website. I was told I'd get a refund over two weeks ago. I have not received this and have chased it up multiple times.

In addition to this I purchased 2 bottles of their Vanishing Point 05 series, at a cost of £15 a bottle, and they arrived without boxes. Bizarre. Luckily this wasn't a gift!

I'm never again buying from these people. I just got a £25 6 year old vintage beer that when I opened it foamed out 1/3 of the contents. I wrote to their CS team and they gave me a completely unrelated answer, seems someone didn't use the copy and paste from a template in the best possible way. I followed up and they stopped answering. I'm never again buying Innis & Gunn. As a brewer and beer aficionado with over 1500 beers on Untappd, this is truly awful

Great bottled beer and prompt delivery service when ordering online.A big fan of the caribbean rum cask beer.

I can't believe people actually drink this .its seems to be solely drunk by the rugger chaps the fact its brewed in Edinburgh seems to be the attraction rather than how it tastes .Not a patch on the Continental lagers ,if your looking for a good brewed in scotland lager you should try west 4 far superior lager to innes and guns .

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. After a week I chased them and got no response. Chased them again and got told it was lost. The Lager I ordered was on specialm 48 Cans of Lager. They could not send me the 48 Cans as special was finished. I could get a voucher that would not cover 48 cans or money back. Waiting on refund. And I have shares in them!!!

Bit hard to review a company when everything they send arrives smashed? So this is to innis and gunn directly, have a look at the reviews on this site, spend 10 mins reading them! Most are down to delivery issues, ditch DPD immediately they are spoiling your company's reputation.
