This is the second time I have purchased ink cartridges fromInk Depot. The first time I purchased Canon products which were delivered within a few days. This time I purchased the generic brand cartridges and have found them to be comparable. The only issue I had was that the latest ones tended to leak more than the Canon ones but I am now prepared for that. Service and price were excellent on both occasions and I was kept informed of the progress of my order 😊

I ordered Ink for my HP printer from Ink depot for the first time because their prices were good value for money, the ink arrived in a couple of days. I would use their service again in the future, and the loyalty points are a bonus.

I shopped online at Inl Jet for the first time, ordering the extra large black & white, plus colour ink jet cartridges, for my home printer. I was impressed by the amount of quality stock Ink Jet supplied - if they don't have it, you won't find it. !!! Plus my order arrived the next working day, with email updates, on its mailing progress. Loyalty Points are a real bonus too, which will keep me coming back !

In my opinion Inkdepot is the best supply company in Australia. I have ordered over 10 items from this company and never had a bad product yet with delivery within 24 hours ..... amazing. InkDepot is the best online printer ink cartridge and printer company I have ever patronised. Their service is excellent, and speedy. I get my product in the next day, which is pretty much unheard of in Australia.

Good response time and good delivery time. Never had a reason to call them or email regarding an order. Processed and delivered in very short order. Great service.

I was somewhat cynical about ordering cheap ink on line. But went ahead anyway - I could not longer pay the ridiculous prices the main stores charge for brand name ink. I was then very surprised to receive email updates about where my order was at from placement of order to dispatch from the warehouse. The ink arrived within 48 hours, the cartridges looked to be good quality, they fit my printer, and so far print quality has been good.

I have found Ink Depot a great company to deal with, they are very helpful and friendly, very efficient in getting goods sent out to you and the pricing from other companies just doesn't compare to those of Ink Depot.

Ordered at lunctime and received the very next morning in country Victoria! Well done! :-)

The Good news.
Purchasing ink cartridges from Ink Depot was a Hassle free easy exercise.
I was kept informed of the status of my order and Delivery was prompt.

The not so good news.
I have found the colour reproduction of the ink purchased for my inkjet printer to be inferior to other available products, particularly the Magenta ink.

I tell everybody about this company its competitive pricing and unbelievable prompt service.

I have never had a issue with the products they supply. They are the best value I have found.

I can highly recommend Ink Depot, I have been dealing with them for some time now and their service has always been AAA+, their pricing is excellent and the delivery time is very fast, you would not go wrong using this company.
