A friend recommended Ink Deport to me a few years ago. They send me emails when they are offering specials. I place an order and it delivered to my home the next morning. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and cooperative when I phone in an order.

Ink Depot not only responded promptly to my order, but also willingly and without fuss accepted the cartridge ordered for return (wrong size; my mistake) and replaced it. No extra cost and refunded the price difference.

I used another company for my cartridges for some years but they couldn't provide the range nor the brand I needed for my printer. When I bought another new printer a couple of years later, again they couldn't provide what I wanted but InkDepot could and at a very reasonable price to what I was paying elsewhere.
The delivery is wonderful as it will always be here by tomorrow and sometimes even on the day I order them if the order is very early.

Checking several online ink suppliers over several years, I have always found Ink Depot to be the cheapest for genuine Canon inks. As well as that, they deliver remarkably quickly. I live well outside of a major city and often get delivery the day after ordering. On one occasion I ordered at 3pm and received the inks at 10am the next day.

Value for money products and the best customer service I have ever experienced with any retail companies. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
