As others have said, despite stating they have a 60 days return policy on their website, this couldn’t be further from the truth. They have flatly refused to allow me to return the item (despite me reminding them of my consumer rights) stating “because of a change in how Ingrid & Co has been run since 5 October 2026, we are unable to arrange a return or a refund for any order placed before that date” coincidentally, the 5th October was the date I first contacted them 🤔 I will not be letting this go.

This company refused to refund or exchange a 95 euro jacket that was too small despite numerous attempts to resolve this. They are not a proper retailer and do not Fufill their their statutary obligations.
I have never been treated as poorly by a shopping outlet

This company refused flatly to exchange or refund an item that I had promptly requested be returned despite multiple emails and initial undertakings to do so.
I am now sadly forced to proceed with small claims court for a 95 euro item which will cost 25 euro and the time incurred > I have never been treated as poorly by a retailer

PLEASE AVOID!!!
Ordered a jumpsuit from website. When it arrived it looked very cheap, material was poor standard and didn't have tags on it anywhere on the item. It looked like something out of a market stall. When I emailed to request refund and details of where to post back the item..they asked for pictures of the item and tags and reasons as to why wanted to return. Did all of this. Took ages for them to reply I had to asked for update. When they did reply they said that because I ordered before 5th oct they were unable to give me a refund. Never heard the likes of it before. I have been back and forth challenging them and requesting a refund but am getting no where. Absolutely appalling company... do not purchase from them.

The jumper arrived in the turquoise I had anticipated, its cream, rust and blue Nordic yoke lending the piece distinct character I wanted than a diluted approximation. The colours sit together with more conviction in person, although the rust is more assertive than I expected, so the pattern feels less adaptable to quieter outfits than I had hoped.

The coat I received was way too small, fabric was like felt and the quality was appalling. I received the wrong colour. I tried to get a return but emails were ignored. I sent numerous requests to have a return issued but to no avail. Fraudulent website, do not go anywhere near it.

FRAUDULENT website selling cheap clothes that look nothing like the images on the website! Buyers BEWARE!!! Don’t be fooled by the images. The company is a FAKE and will only rob you of your money!

Bought a jumpsuit from this company. It arrived but was not as per the images also not fit for purpose. The zip was so short it was impossible to put the garment on. Contacted the company but they ignored emails requesting a refund and requesting details of where to send the garment back to. Suspect this is a scamming fraudulent operation selling knock off sub standards substitutes to images… AVOID
