I ordered 2 pairs of motorcycle trousers and both came very quickly. I decided to keep 1 pair and return the other ones. I had a slight problem on the returns order slip (online) so I called Infinity Motorcycles and they sorted the problem out. Easy return with FREE postage!

Just received a notification to say the refund is being processed 3 days after i sent them back.

This is my first time buying from Infinity and defiantly won't be my last.

Any issues were sorted very quickly and everything else has been very good.

Popped in to Oxford branch to have a look at boots. I am aging a bit and needed something comfortable and easy to put on. Ben C was great: patient, knowledgeable and offered good advice. So yes did not buy the £100 boots or the £500 pair but somewhere in between. No hard sell but my new boots make such a difference to my riding. Many thanks Ben

Just been down today to get some new boots, staff were always welcoming friendly no pressure. Decided to buy some boots and mentioned I struggle with pant due to short leg the lady said hang on a sec I have an idea came back with an absolutely perfect fitting pair of pants. I was expecting them to cost a lot but they were very reasonable. I feel a lot safer now knowing my trousers are the right fit. These guys are amazing soooo much to choose from its gonna cost me a fortune haha

Called in to buy a new helmet at Oxford branch.
Steve was terrific and offered a custom fit on a Neotec 2.
Custom parts and Bluetooth unit arrived promptly and back in to collect.
Ellie so helpful. Even commissioned the Bluetooth and set up my Spotify for me!

Yesterday I visited the Watford store and was very pleased with my experience, they have a great range of products and very welcoming staff - Rue was great help in finding me the best kit for my budget. Highly recommend this store for all your biking needs.

Very helpful staff (Mr. B) who helped me with motorcycle clothing. An extensive range now at the store.

I was looking for boots and a jacket. Peta was the sales person who assisted me. She was extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and helped me with the selection that worked best for my riding style.
Peta made me feel catered too without pushing the product on me.

Recently visited the Farnborough store to purchase some new gloves and found I had picked up a screw in my rear tyre on the way over.
Henry was very knowledgable on the selection of gloves in store, and when I mentioned the screw in the tyre, he stayed late to assist me in using a tyre sealant product that I was not aware of, and I was able to ride home again! Really friendly staff and a nice store, very happy with my new gloves as well - thank you Henry!

Massive thanks to James at christchurch for the help with picking a helmet. The tech has changed massively since I last rode and he was extremely knowledgeable and respective of my budget.

Popped into the Christchurch branch to get some new kit, Sam and James couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried! They took the time to understand what I really needed for the type of riding I do, and got me in some properly fitting, top quality kit! 5* all around!

I have been shopping at the Christchurch store for many years and have found that everytime I go there Nathan and James always provide great customer service and have excellent knowledge of all products in store.
They both go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for.

I’m just starting out on my motor biking journey and I popped into the shop one evening. Rebecca was very knowledgable and guided me through the kit. Despite being a novice, there was no pressure to buy, but I will be back as I’ve got a voucher to enjoy from my riding school. I’ll definitely be back, thank you!

I had a problem with the waterproofing of a gore-tex jacket that I purchased from Infinity back in 2018. Nathan at Christchurch infinity advised that although the jacket was out of manufacturers warranty, it should still be covered by Gore-Tex. Nathan set up the return for me, arranged (and paid for) the postage and handled everything perfectly making it as easy as possible for me. Gore-Tex offered me a refund as the replacement was not available. I went back to Nathan at Christchurch who found a direct replacement with a competitor. We sent the detail to Gore-Tex who bought the jacket from the competitor and sent it to me. Infinity understood they might lose the sale but they put my satisfaction first. Excellent Integrity. Happy customer!

I spent almost 2 hours fitting out with new kit from head to toe. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable about every feature of each item. He showed great patience as I tried different makes, styles and colour ways before completing my selections and left a very happy man. Longer trousers are being shipped from their Southampton branch in time for me to collect my new bike next weekend.
Do I feel like a kid in a sweet shop? Somewhat.

Even when it’s really busy in Infinity Christchurch the guys there make sure we are served quickly but looked after throughout. Nathan especially goes above and beyond to offer advice and being a woman it can be quite difficult to find the right gear to wear on my motorbike but there was plenty of great options at Infinity Christchurch, at a range of prices too. He even let me sit on his bike to try out my tight leather one piece and my now new boots. Very happy customer as always!

We went in with a helmet and jacket in mind from the website. When we arrived Nathan I believe the manager was on hand for help, fitted me in some very swanky leathers and matching boots and a helmet to go with it, his service was above and beyond. When my partner and I left we had both been kitted out in full head to even letting my partner sit on his bike to “get a feel” for the kit! Outstanding! Even had a wicked sense of humour !
