Rear bumper was off colour and no shine on q50 we were purchasing was promised it would be like new when we picked it up ....no such luck we had to reject car until the bumper was profesionaly painted ...picked car up and 2 miles down the road engine management light came on .....back to infiniti birmingham to be told anti knock sensor faulty and they would order one .....about a week ,two weeks later i chased it up to be told it could be a while on order ....salesman said when its in i could wait for it but after speKing with service dept it could take half a day .....still waiting ....not the start to the infiniti experience you bost about .....all this on a car thats only covered 1200 miles.

We saw this car on the internet and phoned them up,and was told all about the car,so when I got to the garage I was met with a drink and a good long chat.And when I saw the car that was it,the sales man had told me all about the car and was very happy to have used them.

Great service from the Glasgow showroom. There was absolutely no pressure from the salesman (Charlie) to buy. He had a very relaxed approach when I was viewing a few different cars and when I committed to buy the car, he was great at keeping in contact to keep me updated on what was happening with it.

Staff were all lovely when I arrived on the day of collection and I’m very happy with the car itself. The car I bought is the Q30 1.5 city black edition. Would definitely recommend.

A great sales experience - responsive, respectful and listened to my requirements. Nice showroom (Leeds) and well-prepared vehicle. This is my second Q30 - shame the brand hasn't taken off in the UK. So undermarketed. I still have people ask me if it's a mazda! Customer service (reception and service) were a bit hit-and-miss in 2017/18 but current experience has been much better.

I recently bought a Q30Sport from the Glasow Showroom. Recieved great customer service from Callum from start to finish.
