I purchased an iPad for my disabled son who relies on iPads to communicate. He often gets frustrated and smashes them. Cost of repair is rising and sometimes they don’t work if David has beaten them up too much so ive wasted 70£. The price I paid here is reasonable. It was in perfect condition albeit used. It came in good time. Im so impressed that ive just bought another one for the next time.

I purchased a IPhone 7 from the website. Upon receiving the phone it is faulty. The battery dies within 20 minutes after full charge. The screen goes blank and has blackout episodes. I regret buying the product but needed a phone ASAP and it was lockdown and the mobile shops were closed.

My self and hubby needed newer phones but as pensioners couldn't afford thousands of pounds for new ones so this was the obvious answer and we are delighted with our Samsung s9's and the price we paid

Offered a decent price compared to their competitors so went with them. The price was reduced when they received the phone due to the battery health which I thought was a bit unreasonable given that the phone was 5 years old so was never going to be at 100% - this is a question they could ask up front when they ask for item condition. They were very quick to respond to my emails and eventually we worked out a price I was happy with as my phone was very well looked after and in excellent condition. Would use them again.

I received the phone and it was in good order as described, unfortunately it was older than the model my daughter had so could not transfer the data.

I explained the problem and was offered a full refund.

Samsung Galaxy S8 plus
The price I paid was good , it was in very good condition
Tracked delivery was very quick
When I unwrapped the mobile
It looked like brand new , there were no marks or scratches.
I was very pleased, I will definitely use them again

Lovely phone but I was a bit disappointed with packaging as the phone was in a padded envelope in a box which was bigger so could rattle about in side could have done with something to stuff it out

The overall experience was good, the customer service is great and the phone is good but I am missing 2 add-on accessories I ordered.

I received the phone without charger. It should have been mentioned before.
Also, is locked, even though it was mentioned that it is unlocked.
Overall, the phone is very good.
