Currently been waiting since Saturday for a reply or message back, I bought a phone for £135 and was told I'd have today. After trying to track my parcel it says doesnt exist, says can track through royal mail, a reference was not given. Had since 09:40 Saturday to answer me, I'll give it one more day and if I have neither a reply still or no phone, ill lower my rating more and request a refund.

If you have a customer service line, they should actually answer like it says you do, theres also no live chat like their website says, be wary of this site.

Phone didn't come with a charger or a sim card pin for getting the sim in and out of the phone,

Nice as described phone. I chose the wrong colour, and that was my fault. A tad expensive, but you only get what you pay for.

My S10 was exactly as described.
Arrived promptly, too.
Just need to find out how to use it's many facilities.

Excellent customer service - I didn’t need the phone I purchased in the end so returned it - this was hassle free and the refund was very quick.
My only criticism is that the phone was incredibly dirty when it arrived. It cleaned up well and was functioning normally so as advertised underneath the dirt, just couldn’t understand why it arrived in that condition.

Ordered "pristine" and my Galaxy S10+ WAS !!. Still working perfectly. Great purchase.

The phone itself was good and exactly what I ordered, but the delivery did not come with a receipt and wasn't packaged the best.

I purchased a used pristine condition phone at an excellent price. The service and delivery were both excellent. The only downside was having no charge cable included but the phone is like new so I shouldn't grumble.

I bought a mobile from the company & when it arrived it was charged & I set it all up. When the battery became low, I tried to charge it but it would not charge. I requested a refund (& had to pay £7.50 of my own money) & send this phone back. When the company received it, they emailed me saying the needed my google account password in order to reset the phone. This is illegal & no company should ask for you personal information. I refused & surprisingly they were able to refund me anyway. Seems like a bit of a scam. Be careful!

This phone was good and worked for 4 months but suddenly would not turn on. It turned on again a few times then finally died and hasn't been working since. I do not recommend buying from here as the warranty does not cover phones that do not turn on which is ridiculous!! Save your money and buy from somewhere else with a better warranty policy.

Phone arrived safely although the outer packaging was damaged.
But the ain problem is the battery in this Samsung s10 is awful.
I have to charge it twice a day to keep it working..... this I certainly wasn't expecting.
1st day I had the phone it dropped to 49% inside 3 hours and I rarely used it as I was working.....
Not impressed. Going to have to either buy a brand new phone now or a new battery and get it replaced by a specialist. More money....
