Great Technical Team ! Doing a great job !

Commercial approach needs improvement.

I work for many years now with IndiaNic. And we have seen the company grow into maturity over time. Together we have done multiple serious and heavy projects.

Coming from the Netherlands, Europe, we only accept very high standards and we are most certainly not the easiest customer around!
IndiaNic managed to make us a loyal customer. I'm happy to say we will be doing business with them for many years to come!

If you are going to outsource this is the place to be.

They worked on my platform project and communication with their service are very awesome. They did meet my request date on time. My web application are look perfect as lots of customers love my website design.
I will still use them for my next project.

They manipulate your deadlines and project. For every single change, you need to pay high and change request is their best source of income. Zero in innovation and they are the laziest. They never read SRS, never give your product up to the mark, and never meet deadlines. They extend project to extort money. Beware of this bunch of looters.

Before you pay them Indianic is your best friend and will say everything to make you happy - They have full understanding for what you want and promice to deliver best solution! - When you have paid them, they will not deliver what you have paid for and when you try explain the issue for them they will ask for more money - I paid them a lot moeny for a job that should take 2 months - 7 months later they have not deliver anything near a finish product. DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE! - They will better spend 10 hours on argue than fix somthing that will take them 30 min.

Choose another web designer company OR do not pay them before you are happy with what they have deliver!

Sales team did not clearly explain the difference between design and development. Initially, I was under the impression that I was going to have a working/functional website after working with IndiaNic. IndiaNic has not only wasted me $500USD but more importantly, my time. Unfortunately, due to these circumstances I will no longer do business with IndiaNic. I was clear on what I wanted when I told the sales team about my intentions. I feel like I was taking a taken advantaged of and believe that this business practice is unacceptable. Make sure you do your homework before working with these guys because they will take advantage of you the minute they can.

I don't wanna write name of company. It's giving a bad memories about that time.
Fully unprofessionally employees. How Photoshop guy can be head of developers for example????)))))))
Fully unprofessionally management, they are just thinking how to cheat you and rob more money from you.
We just loose our money and time.
DO NOT MAKE ANY, ANY DEALS WITH THEM.

BEWARE WITH INDIANIC INFOTECH , THEY RIPPED OFF MY COMPANY IN 5500 DOLLARS JUST PLUG AND PLAY A TEMPLATE.

Caution do not make any deal with them you will loose your money and time. Cheaters from Sales to Development.

They are very GOOD when you 1st contact them, they will tell you ANYTHING you want to hear, so they get you into a contract where they ask you between 40% to 60% upfront BUT Beware after this, they will find ways to get MORE $ to do what they originally said they would. They will take you for weeks on a road to NOWHERE, and finally you will end up with NO WEBSITE and NO MONEY.

Because they are in India NOT really in the USA, you can not make them give you your money back and will end up worst that how you started.

THEY CLAIM to be one of the best in INDIA, AVOID them at all cost, unless you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money.

UNTIL now they have not showed me that they are any different, they are indifferent, they have my money so now they don't respond.

BEWARE of Indianic.

There was a contract to design an eCommerce site, they ask for an advance payment of 60% that's thousands of dollars, but after 4 months of waiting they never provide us with reports or any improvement instead they keep creating excuses and until they become unresponsive it was really frustrating they are a big company they should be professional enough to inform us if they wont be able to create the site or much better refund us the money they have collected since there was no work done..They cant be trusted that's it not a good one to have business with.
