Everything was good.

A repair kit was suggested to fix the finish on the front edge of wood desktop. Shipment time was extremely long, then the kit had a bunch of crap and only a tiny amount of what is really needed, the finish. Also, no instructions as promised to apply & match the finish.

I did a bit of research before I chose the Lander system for my personal office desk with a large, heavy door slab for the top. The Chat rep Meg was on the spot with answers and confirmed that it was ok for my desk to be bigger than what the lander frame actually meets in the middle, provided my slab was stout. I changed my mind to a two legged system instead of the L shape I first purchased, and they had no hassles changing the order and crediting the difference in the cheaper system. They even sold it as a sale promise that I was unaware of, after clicking on it for full retail. It works great. It's fast and stable and stops exactly even with what I preset it to. I had a few questions on the App and meg again replied immediately to show me the simple info I had skimmed past.

Initial review:
The Jaxxson desk I bought had a good desktop as advertised. However, the electronic controller did not consistently work properly. The company also abandoned the app for my desk over a year ago and keeps lying that they are working on a replacement. On top of that I found out the review site I used to choose my imovr desk is semi secretly run by them.

They're a dishonest company that doesn't stand by their products. I'll never buy from them again. Stay away.

Update March 2026.
I was reached out to by an iMovr representative after leaving my initial review. He explained that a new company had taken over and was working to fix issues left by the old one. Specifically my desk no longer had app support. They mailed me a new controller that doesn't require an app and I was able to get my desk working properly again, this time with 4 height settings instead of 2.

The new representative was very apologetic and upfront with me. He also explained that the review site I mentioned isn't under their control (anymore) so there's nothing they can do about it. It was really nice to have my issue finally fixed after over a year of problems. I figure since I had so many issues that they now fixed I witched my review from 2 stars to 4.

Great products, bought one of their earlier under desk treadmills and recently standing desk P1 ELITE Standing Desk with 3D Laminate Desktop × 1, which feels very sturdy, minimal wobble, very fast as advertised.

I bought a standing desk on Dec 1st. The legs got to me in just a few days and a customer care representative told me it would be delivered within a week, but the tabletop hasn't arrived yet (2 months later).

I was able to communicate with support both on the phone and through email a few times. They first when they told me it would take a week. The second time they said it was not going to ship until the Christmas week, so we put the shipment on hold until the new year (since I was going to be out of town). After coming back (and confirming being available for the shipment) things went radio silence. The phone is never picked up and my emails are not replied to.

I understand that things happen and delays occur, but not even replying back with updates is not ok.

UPDATE:

It probably is just standard and automated PR procedure, but they replied to this comment offering to try to make it up. I wrote them back and, just like before, they never replied back. These "sorry, let us make it right" messages are just to give the illusion that they care for future customers reading these reviews.

I finally received a call from the delivery company. thank you for intervening on my behalf.

Consistent customer service. New desk design for the U is very impressive.

Note that my recent purchase was only for an accessory for my desk. But to review my total interaction with Imovr to date - excellent.

I purchased a desk some years ago. Within a few, though, I had a failure in one of the two legs of my desk. The staff worked with me and replaced the problem leg in short time.

I cannot be happier with my desk, used daily, or the support from Imovr.

If you have a doubt, remove it, They are with you for the long haul.

It's one of the best legit and most trusted company I have found ever.

Works, easy set up have had about a year

Desk gave error, parts were sent, made it worse. Maybe you should improve your quality control. It took well over a month to get it and I've had it 3 weeks and it is stuck at the lowest setting and still doesn't work

I chose iMovr after extensive research. They offered the highest quality products and had the best warranty. Two years later, one of the monitor arms stopped holding position. iMovr sent me an entirely new unit! Confirming I made the right choice.

The L shaped table frame is quite sturdy and the assembly was relatively easy.

However, I'm concerned regarding the ease of disassembly for the frame in the event that I may need to move. Specifically, the mechanism to attach the leg (motor) to the frame is not so mechanical, but rather requires use of force to seat the metal bracket in. I do not know if it would be possible to remove that bracket in the case that I need to disassemble the table.

Additionally, one of the brackets did not seat into the grooves of the frame perfectly, but it was impossible to fix this as the bracket would not move once it was pushed onto the grooves. Please consider improving this design.

My butcher-block Lander was worth the wait! The desktop is solid wood and the finishing is excellent. The motorized legs are also much smoother and sturdier than my previous standing desk's. Very little wobble.

I am very happy with my new desk. Attractive design made with quality materials. Very smooth operation. Thanks to customer service for their help in managing changes I made after order was initially placed. Highly recommended.

Shipped and delivered quickly. Easy to assemble, and seems to be sturdy.

I purchased a desk with a solid wood desktop from iMovr in 2021. After a couple of years, the desktop developed a crack. When I contacted iMovr about it, their customer service was outstanding. I sent a few pictures of the crack, and they responded right away, acknowledging that the issue shouldn’t have happened and offering a warranty replacement.

The original top was an expensive walnut surface — heavy and costly to ship — but they handled everything without hesitation. In fact, the replacement desktop they sent appears to have an even nicer, higher-tier finish than the original.

I’m extremely happy with the replacement and grateful that iMovr truly stands behind the products they sell. It’s rare these days to find a company that backs up their quality with such excellent service.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, however the customer service was abysmal. Absolutely ZERO response after they made an error on shipping documents that cost me over $100 more than it should have. I reached out to them numerous times by email and phone and never once heard back. The product I received was great, but the experience has been marred by the lack of response and extra cost I incurred due to the company's error.

The product I received had a design flaw when used on a rug. Specifically it rotated on its own because of the grain of the carpet on the underside. This should’ve been disclosed in the description. I had to pay return shipping, even though this is a designed flaw.
