I deeply regret choosing Balcells Group to handle my immigration application. My experience with the lawyer Laesa was frustrating from beginning to end.

I relied on the firm to ensure that my application met all legal requirements and that every required document had been submitted. After waiting approximately seven months, my application was rejected because of what I believe was a basic missing document. This delay cost me time, money, and forced me to change my travel plans.

What disappointed me even more was the communication. Emails often took weeks to receive a response, and several of my questions were never answered at all. I repeatedly asked for a legal explanation as to why this document had not been requested before the application was submitted, but I never received a clear answer.

Instead of taking responsibility or explaining what had happened, I was offered paid services to resubmit the application or file an appeal. After losing seven months because of this process, being asked to pay even more was extremely disappointing.

I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and responsive communication. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.

We hired Immigration Lawyers Spain to obtain my daughters study visa. They state on their website, 'You will not have to worry about anything'. This was totally the opposite experience we had. Very poor communication, emails took an age to get a response (if ever), telephone calls were not returned. Poor checking of our application led to a visa refusal & an appeal. We still do not have the visa. Waste of time and money.
