Ohne viel Geld auszugeben kommt man in diesem Spiel nicht weit. Das schlimmste ist aber, das die Entwickler gekaufte Leistungen einfach wieder löschen. Spieler werden von den Entwicklern systematisch bestohlen und betrogen. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen keine Spiel von diesem Anbieter zu spielen.

These guys make games that promote scams. I purchased 2 pkgs for 9.99. One was a 30 day pack. I didn’t get the I contact them and they said to send order and receipt. I did and they wrote me back saying they can’t find it in ther records. HOW? I sent the proof. Also my hero’s are gone. All the work I did gone. My information keeps changing. People who bust my town have the same I’d as I do. I keep having alerts about my portrait. My power keeps decreasing a lot even if I log out and log right back in. I my battle stats go up but I have no record of battles. They swear no one can cheat but it’s happening. Google and Apple need to ban this developer. I’m sure they have had alot of complaints. Don’t spend money on this game they cheat you!!!!

Qui programme mal, plein d'erreur, mauvaise traduction, le jeu est souvent lent, plein d'erreur qui ne répare pas, même si on leurs dit au service à la clientèle de mer. de. Et le service à la clientèle, sont de sale menteurs, hypocrite, sans paroles. Qui ne respecte pas ce qu'il dit! il ne rembourse jamais rien quand on prouve leurs erreurs et que certain promette un remboursement si je prouve leur erreur dans le jeu! Mais il ne le font pas et trouve plein d'excuses ou tout marche bien et ferme le billet et bloque les commentaires que l'ont pourrais faire.! Et il écrit mal en français et anglais! il utilise des traducteurs incompétents ou logiciel mal foutu pour traduire pour le service à la clientèle ou leurs texte dans le jeu! Une gang de voleur, menteurs et incompétents et le jeu est très cher pour acheter plein de mer. de.

One of the biggest scammers on this planet. This is not a game (a game would work without perpetual lag, bugs that they have claimed to fix that come back worse than before they were "fixed", transactions going missing and you're auto accused of lying because that is their customer service standpoint. I guess when you're one of the biggest scammers on the planet you assume everyone is a scammer like you) this is an app to defraud people not a game. It is number 1 defraud app in the world.
In February I got banned from the game. I bought 3 vip packages 1 of which arrived fine, 1 I got the stuff but they didn't take payment, 1 I didn't get the package but they took payment. So I message chief defrauding agent Eli and point out 1 cancels the other out so everything is fine (I never mentioned the 3rd one that went through fine) so for some bizarre reason he refunds all 3 packages, so of course algorithm kicks in and I get banned for having items I'd been refunded on (none of which I asked for) so I then proceed to get as much refund on Google play as I can. Skip to now they say if I repay refund I can unban base so I pay get back in my base and try and use a function that I know how to use because I have many full hero so know how it works. It doesn't work and bugs out, so I contact customer service where I'm immediately called a liar and told that I'd used the wrong thing. I know that I did not. If you must play this game don't spend money and if you do screen record yourself doing it (like I did) so you have the evidence to prove what you're saying is true. Don't keep it on your phone though or on cloud buy USB-C to female USB adapter they are cheap so no risk of hack keep it on there.This isn't a pay to win game it is a pay to be defrauded game. Also don't forget Google have had more than enough evidence that these people are scammers and still host them in Google play. No responsible vendor would do that but when you're data mining scum yourself.....

Like others have said they hold your details even after you uninstall the game which should be illegal. Seems there is no law for this company.
Type into Google change. org Justice for unfairly treated gamers by "Rise of Empires: Ice and Fire" app developers and sign the petition if you were robbed by this company.

The game is a scam. Trying to find ways to cancal prescription

Absolute garbage scam game. First off they charge less for in app purchases from people In China.... illegal maybe. I have confirmed this. Second to get anywhere you need to pay thousands of dollars and that’s not an overstatement. The sad part is people do. Also if u someone do pay half the time you don’t get what you paid for. When you ask customer support they either don’t reply or just delete your account.

The customer service for Last Shelter never answers your question. Do not waste your time to ask anything to them.

They do not have a mean for me to delete my account and all my personal information off of their server... I didn't think this was still possible to get away with in this day and age.

Long Tech Network Limited or IM30 are crooks basically. They are happy to use Google Play or iTunes to make money off you but when they get something wrong they simply don't care, don't respond to messages or emails. You're a fool if you send money on Last Empire – War Z - Strategy or Last Shelter - Survival

This company is a joke. They have no customer support. They never answer in game emails just give automated generic responses. Can't get a reply from them on anything.
