We were impressed with the whole production process and the final product. The mirror looks stunning. The sound quality of the integrated speakers is excellent. The bluetooth connection works seamlessly. The mirror is the most impressive piece in our refurbished bathroom.

Expensive mirror, but looks like it will be good when fitted
There were regular emails from Alelei updating me from the moment I placed my order. Even after delivery I had an email asking if everything was satisfactory once I had opened the box.
Nice product, not fitted yet, looks like it will do the job. I am slightly disappointed that the LED lights are exposed behind the mirror, but it will be difficult to see them once it is fitted to the wall so I am hopeful that it will be ok.

Great customer service
Very nice looking and well made mirrors. I have purchased 3 of them so far. That's how much I like them. On one of them I did accidently damaged the side mirror panel with the LED pattern. The design was not available any more, but Joby offered a suitable replacement. All went really well, thank you Joby!

Bathroom cabinet purchase
We recently bought a bathroom cabinet from Illuminated Mirrors. I can't comment on the function of the cabinet itself, as it is not yet in place in the bathroom, but the experience of purchasing the cabinet was excellent. I had a number of specific needs and questions relating to the lighting, which were answered promptly and in detail by Alelei in customer care, who I cannot praise too highly. We were also offered independent switching for the two light sources, as requested, at no extra cost. This is a company that go the extra mile to help their customers.
