My Hammond B3 stopped working. Been trying to get it reinstalled for 3 weeks now. The installer runs normally, but when you press "install" it says that there is no access to G drive. Don't have and never have had a g-drive. Tried to get online help from IK Multimedia, which was successful at first. Now there is no answer - and I am left with a slightly flat feeling.

Prompt attention and resolution of the issue I encountered! ensuring that all my previous plugins (also the new); are now functional.

Affordable immersive mixing monitors with self calibration. No compromises on sound. Finally a Dolby setup for the project studio. Very friendly and attentive customer service … because yes Dolby Atmos can be complicated.

The Hardware and software is great, but basically you're in your own to fix possible issues, there is not a a way to get some costumer service for setup and tech guidance for not tech savy people, you rely on The Forum and reddit post, where they teach how to solve said issues

The support got back to me immediately, very helpful. I had issues authorizing orchestral percussion within Philharmonic 2. Went through forums after forums. Contacted support came back immediately to assist but looked like was a bigger issue. They decided to dig deep into it. I totally forgot and got busy with other things. Then one day after several months I contacted them thinking they would have forgotten. But they came back immediately and assisted and resolved my issue. So for anyone having similar issues make sure Sample tank 4 CS is installed too.

I was able to inform the technical rep that the issue was the cable and an immediate response to shipping a replacement was very much appreciated
