I have used IGPR over several NHS practices I have worked in, I find them extremely helpful, there at the end of the phone and just a jolly good service. I would recommend them. It sure beats taking up the GP time to review sars and insurance reports.

Really prompt and courteous response to my query, Tom is so patient and has dealt with issues previously.
Great customer service.
Our GP surgery has been using this provider for a short period of time but they have eased our work load and made completing insurance reports and subject access requests so much easier.
Any support and queries are resolved efficiently by the great customer service team especially Tom.
Awful, incompetent and potentially dangerous
If you have medical insurance and you have to ask for a history of issues and your GP Practise uses this awful company BEWARE.
They 'work' with my GPs in West Sussex to 'save them money' by providing summaries of medical reports relating to private medical claims.
Really ...?! Thank God I had a chance to review the incompetent review IGPR wanted to sent to my insurance company WPA.
When asked by WPA to report issues relating to an arthritic knee back to 2019 this company cut and pasted my medical record back to 2010 and included some really personal and unrelated information.
I complained to the GP surgery and was able to block the report.
Second time IGPR deleted vital parts of the information so WPA refused my knee operation privately in the UK.
This isn't a 'bad blood' situation but honestly if IGPR get hold of your GP practise and get hold of your records, read every single line intensively or you will be refused cover, as I have been.
