Saw sale through to the end. I instructed IC Properties, who were recommended by a long-standing client of their's, when my original agent failed to get a sale. Murat was my contact and he was instrumental in ensuring the sale went through. He was proactive throughout doing what he could to help things through to the conclusion with considerable patience. So I am happy to recommend this company and Murat.

I went to view a property for sale and was very impressed with the level of service this agency provides. Communications were perfect throughout including a follow up call on Monday (property seen on Fri). Declan could answer every single question and had a lot of knowledge about the building and its history, the area, the vendor, could even answer questions about the next door neighbours. I could have just as well been speaking to the vendor directly. This is exceptional nowadays and a massive credit to the company. If I ever were looking to sell, I'd definitely instruct IC properties.

Excellent service! My property was rented out AND tenanted within a week of them marketing it. Jasmine was my point of contact with this firm, and she's been very informative and responsive throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for a more tailored nor better service.

They found me a nice flat, love it. Have only 1 issue. But overall the service I received was very good, communication 100% paper work hassle free. Icing on the cake, IC Property did not request my life story, like some letting agency.

During the purchase of our house, we mostly spoke to the Sales Manager, Murat, who has been very professional and helpful throughout the process. He would always pick up whenever we called, even if it is just to let us know he will call back in a couple of minutes (a trait few possess in this market because some simply do not answer). Due to these reasons, we never felt hesitant when we had a question or when we were calling him too many times because he had built up a level of trust by doing these little but very significant acts. Even when problems arose in our purchase, such as the EPC rating not being high enough, Murat took care of the problem over the weekend, faster than we hoped. Lastly, when we were going to receive the keys, we were always informed about the situation over the phone with Murat. Big thanks to Declan as well because he informed us clearly about the situation of the property when we went in for the first viewing.

There are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how great this company are! Murat especially went above and beyond to help me with the sale of our property! Due to complications on our side it took much longer than anticipated but Murat done everything and more that he could to help! I will forever be grateful to this guy! He is an asset to IC Property

I am really please I rented a home through IC Properies. I first spoke to Declan who showed me the property. He was very professional, down to earth & very informative.
This is the first agents I have dealt with who did not discriminate against my circumstances and did not make me feel that I was not good enough to rent a property.
Murat was also very helpful, professional & got the tenancy agreement very quickly for me.
Jasmine was very efficient in sending over the documents which needed signing & kept me informed of the process before handing me over to Jessica.
