ICAN Wheels Anmeldelser

I can currently only be positive about my experience with Ican Wheels.

The delivery times were respected, the product arrived undamaged and properly packaged. In the box were the two wheels, enough rim tape, and the two tubeless valves. No frills, everything basic, but that’s not an issue.

The tubeless setup with a pair of Tufo Thundero 44 mm tires wasn’t straightforward, but once installed, the pressure holds very well. After riding with them for a week, including three gravel rides, I can only be satisfied.

The wheels are 110 grams lighter than my previous set, and you can feel that on the many punchy climbs in my training area.

Also not unimportant: the minimal and discreet design is a nice aesthetic upgrade for my titanium gravel bike.

Customer service is out standing. The paintjob of the frames look amazing!

Great wheels for a great price! They look fabulous and ride even better, very happy with my purchase.

I had several questions about framesets and technical details like framesize, hanger, bottom bracket etc. The customer service did a perfect job and gave me super fast replies. Thanks for that!! Good job. Looking forward to build up my new bike 👍

Very good product

thanks to peggy. very good support.

My experience with ICAN wheels is, very accurate communication, fast delivery and good value for money. So far, I don't have long term experience.

Only reason I rated 5 stars is due to Peggy’s customer service expertise and professionalism. She was always on top of things communicating increasing confidence and worry free transactions.

Top class support and assistance. Perfect product. Very good quality and finish.

Fina fälgar, känns som hög kvalitet. Raka och runda. Första test rundan är gjord. Är riktigt nöjd med fälgarna. Även bra service på kundtjänst. Jag fick även den uppdaterade varianten med silvergrå logga.

Veramente professionali ottimi in tutto

I got my parts easy and in good price, thanks

Très bonne accueil, écoute et réactivité.

Peggy helped me resolve an issue I had with an incorrectly assembled ratchet spring resulting in a damaged freehub. Had a replacement sent out right away and followed up on the process til its arrival. Very trustworthy outfit.

I was in the market for a wheelset and came across ICAN. I saw some reviews on YouTube that got my attention. They were running sale for other sets but not the one I was interested in. Peggy reached out and offered a deal. She didn't pressure me into purchasing but her communication was prompt and direct. I had a great experience buying from ICAN. It shipped quickly and the quality seems excellent. I can't wait to put the FL50 II on my bike!

I inquired about the cost of shipping a frame set to Canada, Peggy responded and answered my questions. There was no pressure to buy immediately and she provided me with a good deal of the costs.
She kept me updated on the process from the time the frame set was ordered, through the painting process, she provided pictures and followed up after delivery. The frameset looks great and the weight is within the margins.

Great customer service with products that stand on their own. I wish western bike companies cared equally as much.

The customer service is very open to hear and solve my needs.

I was looking for a new gravel bike frame and checked out several options in Germany, but couldn’t really find the right one. That’s when I came across the Triaeri Graro frameset. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but after reaching out to Peggy, she quickly answered all my questions and made me feel confident about the order.

After placing the order, she kept me updated with photos and information. Yesterday the frameset arrived in excellent condition, perfectly protected and undamaged thanks to the careful packaging. The quality makes a really strong impression, and the custom paint job looks absolutely stunning. The frame is also surprisingly lightweight.

I’m excited to finish building the bike and can’t wait to see how it rides!
