The company doesn't warranty "physical or cosmetic damage" to it's merch. We've had these backlit mirrors for two years now and the black spots we're seeing BEHIND the mirror, along the edges indicate a quality control issue, not our issue as customers. My wife NEVER cleans behind the mirror, only on the face. ibmirror won't warranty these two products, much to our shock and amazement, as the warranty is good for five years. We're only on year two! They claim the glass cleaner has solvents, but my wife DOES NOT CLEAN BEHIND THE MIRROR! Take my advice and find a manufacturer that stands behind its products and doesn't cut and run when they cause the fault of the merch.

IB Mirror's latest reply:

We understand your wife does not clean the back of the mirrors but what you are witnessing is delamination and erosion from the cleaner. The cleaner will seep in through the sides and permeate the mirror bond. This is what caused the degradation and pilling you witnessed off the edges."

My reply: my wife says "BS." We bought IB Mirror's products back around 2015-2018 and she cleaned those same mirrors, using the same chemicals, the same way back then through 2023. NEVER had a leaching/delamination/erosion of those mirrors! Why now? Maybe you changed manufacturers or maybe the mirror substrate changed. Our cleaning methods have not changed. We'd rather purchase from a company that doesn't make excuses for its products and a company that will stand behind its warranty. Why throw good money after bad with you guys?

Good product looks great on the wall in the bathroom. It’s a bit larger than it appears in the pic but matches the dimensions.

Received shipment quickly. Return window of 14 days is too short. Since this is a new construction it was not possible to install the warmer within 14 days.

i still don't have my order.

I am waiting for Fedex now to call me so i can hopefully pick it up .

I'm overall happy with my mirror purchase (Aurora 48"); the mirror is extremely sleek and modern. Lumen output is measured before the the frosted glass, which is good, because at the rated lumens, it'd be blinding.

Downside is these mirrors are pretty expensive, especially with the freight charge. Packaging was well-done and product was undamaged.

We ordered two matching mirrors and upon delivery one had been damaged by the shipper which was by no fault of IB mirror. The mirrors had been packed wonderfully. We one simple email and a few photos of the damage a replacement was on the way the same day! We also received a phone call letting us it was being shipped out. Excellent customer service!!! Also the mirrors are absolutely beautiful, we couldn’t be happier!
