Do not entrust Hypur with your bank account!!!!
I signed up for this on the recommendation of Cannabist thinking it would be convenient. It did not work after multiple tries, clearing the cache, trying different browsers and calling customer service who were unavailable during their own posted business hours I decided I didn't want them having my information but according to their website you have to contact them to delete your account--the customer does not have the option to do this on their own. Guess what? Again, they do not answer their phone. So I leave emails. No answer there. DO NOT use this company. At the end of the day, it's no big deal to use cash or your debit card. Why risk giving your information to a company that is either incompetent of simply shady as f.
FRAUD.
I tried to use this service, it refused to work. I put in all my information and it just wouldn't work. Finally gave up and pulled cash out. 2 days later a fraud charge hit my account for 700 dollars. And today for 253. The fraud just keeps happening. And it's because of this app. I've had the same account for over 3 years and never had an issue. I tried to use this and now I have to open a new account. Don't use this app!!

So conclusion this company is discriminatory towards business people. Which sucks because i just lost the ability to use a preferred business. Customer service was a robot that could care less. Customer support didn't care. I told a supervisor will call me. Yeah right, fam. You guys are shysters. AVOID!!!

Overall a great resource
Overall this has been a great resource to avoid ATM fees from withdrawing cash when I don't have the cash on me. As a dispensary agent, there have been times where the transaction has lagged considerably, causing temporary confusion and worry that the patient would be double charged, though these issues were eventually resolved due to Hypur's review of transactions to ensure 1 charge per 1 invoice. As a patient, there have been times where the waiting time between charge and money actually pulled from account has been inconvenient for me upon reviewing my finances. Overall, satisfied with app.
Easy to use
Easy to use. Wish more stores would offer this option. Only thing its missing is a optional tip amount to be applied.
I’d rather use cash than hyper
When I make a purchase with hyper, it shouldn’t take 3-4 days for it to go through. I am no longer using your service because of this. I would rather pay $3-$5 to pull out cash than use hyper. 2 stars only for ease of use within app.

Convenient but Late....
Hypur is very convenient and easy to use but it takes days (sometimes a full week) to take the amount due out of my bank... it’s very frustrating.

Hypur makes things so easy
Hypur makes things so easy - I love it. I know longer have to run to the ATM when I'm shopping at many of my favorite stores that only take cash. I simply check-in on my Hypur account and then can pay with a simple entry on my pin. I love this app, love that there are no fees - and have told many of my friends about it!

Inconsistencies with withdrawal from bank account. Sometimes it’s a day or two and sometimes it takes a week.
Slow to process
Slow to process, lags and asks for repetitive verifications. Does not communicate effectively with other banks and requires customer service for most fixes, and even when the cash is removed from your account days after they still keep a hold. Just not ready for primtime.

I love using Hypur because it’s so convenient! With Hypur I can see all of my transactions, link different accounts, and make cash transactions without having to pull out cash! Their customer support team is available through chat and email and they answer any questions right away. I’ve always been impressed with Hypur’s service and convince I wish more businesses used it as a payment option.
