Horrible!! I placed an order that was personalized with my son’s name. It’s been over a month and still didn’t receive it. I’ve called customer service a few times and was told it’s on its way. I asked for a refund and was told no. Their customer service is awful and full of lies!

can’t believe i have my hydro flask running 3hrs now and i would say the quality is solid and can still keep my cold drink for more than 12hrs

Ordered 3 micro bottles yesterday in blue, black and purple. I signed up for the emails and got discount and free delivery.

They arrived today so very fast service.

I already had a micro bottle from another brand but the hydro looks better quality for sealing and I love the little handle to hook on a bag. It fits in the smallest of hand bag.s.

One of my 32 oz bottles lost its insulation properties (it was about 4 years old). Customer service was helpful, timely, and simple. They replaced the bottle promptly and I’m back with cold water all day long. Great product and above average customer service. Thank you!

Terrible brand and customer support! The straw doesn't work anymore after only two weeks of using it. But the worst is the customer support. Sent several emails - no response, no contact phone number is provided. Don't buy anything from them!

Lid of travel coffee flask incredibly fiddly to put back together after cleaning; doesn't keep coffee warm for as long as advertised time; worst of all it's almost impossible to get the last third of the liquid out of the flask without removing the whole lid. Not worth the price and wouldn't recommend ☹️

I want to be honest, 100% about what happened to me with Hydro flask. I have been treated very good from the company. I had this problem with the a flask that was rusted inside and within six days I received a brand new directly to my home Considering that the flask was coming directly from the US to Europe six days. It’s really fast.

and I only write reviews on trustpilot to companies that really deserves it so don’t you worry if you’re buying an Hydro flask product because anything it’s gonna happen to you

On 5/10/25 I purchased a 20L soft cooler directly from the Hydroflask website. The website advertised
that this cooler keeps items cold for up to 24 hours -
and obviously some deviation from the 24 hours was
to be expected, however, this cooler didn’t keep
things cold for even five hours (even filled with ice) in
a neutral environment (indoors in 70°F). I used the
cooler two or three times with the same result. I am a
loyal Hydro flask customer - and I love everything
else I’ve purchased from them: bottles, coozies,
travel mugs, wine glasses etc. which I why I had no
hesitation in purchasing this cooler. I reached out to
Hydro flask customer service today (6/2/25) via
phone to explain my concerns and initiate a return,
and I was denied. I was told that since I had already
used the product it was not eligible for return - even
though it was agreguously misrepresented on their
website. I was offered no sympathy, and was told that
I could make a complaint under the manufacturer
warranty and the cooler would be replaced with
another identical cooler. I am absolutely disgusted by
the way this interaction was handled, and would
advise others to spend their money elsewhere. This
is how they treat their customers of 10 years

The bottle loses heat after 5 mins so the coffee/tea is cold after 15 mins. The first one I bought 8 yrs ago was fine, but the second one had Temu-quality. I still thought that just this particular bottle is shit, so, stupidly, I risked buying another one. It worked well for a month and then started loosing heat again. I did not drop or mistreat it. Not risking the third time.

I'm not even joking. Hydro flask sent me another lid and it leaks worse than the last 2. I give up!!!

ordered a replacement lid for 40oz wide mouth bottle, the straws that come with won't stay on at all. I sent an email requesting a replacement within the first 30 days. Instead of a warranty replacement of the new lid, they simply sent me new straws after I very specifically explained it's not the straws, but the attachment on the lid itself (I tested the new straws on my old lid). When I sent another email requesting a replacement for the lid again as that's what I asked for in the first place and no one replied. I sent another email several weeks later and still got no response. I also went to the website and sent a request to which no one replied. I'll be throwing my hydroflask away and purchasing Yeti or Stanley. I can't even go a full day without the straw detaching from the lid multiple times to where I have to take the lid off and reattach just to get a drink of water. I'm in the market for a new water bottle and will never spend my money with this company ever again. And I'm also posting this review where ever I can :)
All because of a $20 replacement lid that they couldn't be bothered to send a warranty replacement for or even respond to my multiple emails.

Wish I had looked up the reviews on the product before I bought them. I purchased and had an issue with the lid leaking. Followed all the steps to get a replacement lid. To be advised that they currently do not have the ability to provide replacements to Australia. Really, you are happy to sell it but not replace it. I was provided with an email address to obtain a replacement. 4 emails later not one response. Will never buy or recommend anyone to buy any Hydro Flask products.

I had an issue with custom double orders placed and was told they’d have to get back to me. Well, I began looking up reviews and saw all this negative mess and was so disheartened and anxious and worried FOR NOTHING! The customer service I received from 3 agents on 2 different calls was above and beyond. They follow through on their promises and make sure shit gets handled. They pick up your phone call and remain professional and empathetic no matter how flustered or upset you may be. Please don’t get discouraged by the reviews, the product is excellent as the customer service. I am so glad I ordered as I now have the coolest flask and my order came in 2 days from placing it!

I placed a custom order and paid with PayPal. I received the confirmation email and realized the address I had on file with PayPal was to an old address. So, I called HydroFlask within 3 minutes to try and correct the address. I was told by Abigail I'd have to wait until it ships and then contact FedEx to correct the address. I told her that was ridiculous since I just placed the order a few minutes ago. No response. I then asked if I can just cancel the order. She asked me for the order number and then we sat in silence for a couple minutes. She then said she'd have to wait for the order to come through their system.
I asked if I'd get an email confirmation and she said yes. Why can they cancel the order but not simply update the shipping address?! Makes no sense. I'm glad it just got cancelled. I'll just purchase another brand at this point. Nothing more annoying than crap customer service!

Ordered bottles for Christmas gifts, they cancelled one of my 3 items because they didn’t have it in stock. They tell me this one week before Christmas so I’m unable to order anything in its place, and they only updated me because I called and asked why nothing has shipped yet.

Rep I spoke with was virtually useless and quite rude. Told me they don’t know what happens at the warehouse but that she could provide me with their email and I could TRY to get in touch with someone. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was pretty nice and contacted the warehouse only to find out they didn’t even have the items I purchased.
WHY do I have to reach out to get updates like that. WHY are they overselling items they don’t have.
Had I not reached out, I would have been SOL scrambling to find an appropriate gift in its place on time.

They guarantee before Christmas delivery but can’t provide any info on when items will ship out. Despite a rep last week telling me all my items would ship…last week.

Last time I ordered a bottle, they just didn’t send it. I had to reach out to customer service for that as well.

I will NEVER order from them again.

Similar to the other reviews on trustpilot, was absolutely appalled by their customer service. Placed an order with them, and 3 weeks later the order hasn't even been dispatched. Email customer service twice and didn't even get a response. I'm going on holidays in a week which was the sole purpose for the order and I am not even going to have the order delivered in time to use.

Yet to even receive the product. They don't mention that they ship with Aramex... and that delivery requires a signature. Any other postal service will take the product to the local post office, but not these guys. After no response from Aramex or Hydroflask, I managed to finally find a way to redirect my package for a fee! Who knows if I will even get it in the end, but don't ever buy from Hydroflask directly. If you have any issue with your order you won't get any response or support from them. They will take your money and run.

Terrible company and the fact they don't respond on Trustpilot highlights this even further.

Imagine a company creating bottles - having them in stock likely - being unable to ship your product in time and also not allowing to cancel orders even though they haven't even been shipped/processed.

You're locked into your purchase once they get your delicious payment details (which by the way, you can't even remove from their website? Am I the only one who has this issue?)

Anyway, simply purchase through Amazon or other platforms. This company might make some decent products, but their customer service, sales tactics, and more don't seem to align with any sense of wanting to do the right thing.

Stay away from their official website if you want their products. Just buy through third-party sites.

Customer service non existent. Almost 2 months to provide a refund after proof was given to a damaged bottle. What is the fascination with receiving a damaged bottle back. Do the right thing. Do Not buy
