I bought a Quattro rug which is absolutely gorgeous, but, buyers beware, it did start my addiction to Hygge.

I contacted Hyde & Hare with questions I had about an Ivory Giant Bean Bag. They were very helpful without being pushy.

So now Shirley, named after the big fat sheep in Shaun The Sheep, has made herself right at home.

My beautiful rug and big cosy chair have transformed my minimalist, modern apartment into a proper home.

The customer service, delivery and the quality of the product are excellent..

I have bought six seat pads and a rug from this amazing company, they were sent really quickly and were beautifully packaged. They are so helpful if you have any questions. I highly recommend them.

*Edit..A personal email was sent to me by Hyde and Hare indicating their disappointment of my review here, saying it was unbalanced etc. They suggested maybe I had just changed my mind. I responded and reiterated my feelings and told them I was now blocking them from future correspondence. A few minutes later I received a phone call from them which I didn't answer, and have now blocked the number. A further email from a different address within the company followed with a softer approach. I have blocked that too and feel responding is fruitless. I feel I was initially harassed for leaving a negative review. My original rating of 3 stars regards my original experience has been now lowered to 2 stars due to their initial negative way of dealing with unhappy customers, although of course I am happier knowing the p & p is now being refunded* Package was delivered to my neighbour outside the given time window, with no note through to say where it was. I just had an email confirmation to say it had been delivered. After searching everywhere around the house/garden and no way to contact Hyde and Hare directly by phone for an immediate response..I called the delivery company the next day and found it's location. This caused anxiety and my time. Rugs were of a good quality but I ordered the cream and they were a beige colour and different sizes. My email to Hyde and Hare was responded to after a day or two asking me to send photos and explaining there would be a size difference due to being a natural product. I returned them. I found the delay in confirmations frustrating i.e. no immediate order confirmation..no confirmation from themselves that I was receiving a refund (just my bank). A disappointing experience unfortunately and £4.95 out of pocket as I had to pay return postage.

Excellent products and very good customer service
I bought a shearling double length rug which arrived swiftly and is fabulous quality. I messed up my freebie hot water bottle in sheepskin cover so I contacted customer services who replied promptly and rectified the situation instantly. Lovely independent company I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend or use again. Their products are superb quality.

I have been a Hyde & Hare repeat customer since 2019. Their luxury products are high-quality, ethically sourced, and are priced fairly for the quality. These are the same type of products I grew up with that my mom bought in the UK and were made by hand. I love to “live in” (use) their products every day…whether that’s cashmere socks, a soft sheepskin pillow or my cowhide rug. We have lots of cowhide pillows in Texas, but they don’t compare with the quality of hides and the stitching of the pillow pillows.

I was delighted with the quality of the items received from Hyde & Hare. The double sheepskin in Taupe looks perfect draped on the back of my cream boucle sofa. Just the look I wanted! The customer care was exemplary. I made an error when ordering and the customer service team went above and beyond to assist me. In my panic, I forgot to add the code to receive the free hot water bottle cover. Hyde & Hare were so lovely and sent this by separate delivery at their own expense. Amazing. I would highly recommend them and will buy from them again.

Bought my first sheepskin from this company, It came 2 days later, from the packaging, which the sheepskin was beautifully wrapped and tied with ribbon , care card and a beautiful note from the company, it oozes how much this company cares about its customers and certainly knows how to deliver its brand!... 10/10...The sheepskin is stunning...I will certainly be buying again and again from this company...

Highly efficient, luxurious quality goods, highly recommend

I have purchased a couple of the sheepskin rugs, plus a cushion from Hyde & Hare which looks lovely on my armchair. I threw my other sheepskin rug over my leather chair too, so not just a floor rug, although I have one down on my floor also.
It is of high quality, and I am extremely pleased …

I have previously bought from this company.. . In fact I have now purchased 6 single sheepskin rugs and every one is amazing quality.
Piers and Melissa on the team are wonderful in their customer service and have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars. I ordered the wrong colour and within a day, my request to change it was arranged and delivery was fast and efficient. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.....and I probably will 😊

I would think twice about ordering from this company. I bought an icelandic sheepskin rug and was so excited to receive it, but when it came it was very cream in colour (despite being described as white) and on the one photo provided on the site looking very white. It also isn't as good quality as another one I bought from Idyll home (which looks much more substantial and better quality) which was £30 cheaper. When I tried to resolve this with customer services, the response was very poor, given that this company is marketed as an upmarket, trusted brand. It looks like I'm going to have to pay a substantial amount to return it, even though it isn't as described on the website and therefore in breach of my consumer rights.

I am so impressed with this company, the customer service is fantastic. We ordered 2 rugs for our dining chairs to make them more comfortable and cosy. We are delighted by the plush and luxurious quality of the sheepskin rugs. They arrived promptly and were beautifully packaged and included care instructions.
Prior to using Hyde and Hare, I had ordered 2 rugs from a popular online retailer. The quality was incomparable with the superior rugs we have now purchased from Hyde and Hare. In fact, only one of the previous rugs arrived, the second was cancelled without reason. We were glad to find a company like Hyde and Hare - more expensive but a totally different product and shopping experience.
Today our friends visited and they all loved our new rugs! We will be buying more.

Don't hesitate to buy from this company. In my experience their customer service is excellent and the sheep skins are of a quality I have not come across before. Beautifully packaged too.
