Unreliable Service and Persistent Delays
I engaged Huis1 for interior design services, based on her Instagram presence and the fact that Juliane and I used to be colleagues.
Unfortunately, Huis1 consistently failed to meet their delivery commitments. Work was multiple times promised to be delivered on a certain date, then promised again for the next day after failing to meet the initial deadline, and then often took another 1-2 weeks, causing substantial delays in the project timeline. To make matters worse, the project was left incomplete right after paying approximately two-thirds of the total invoice amount and receiving approximately two-thirds of the work, and Huis1 has since gone silent, ignoring any attempts at communication via email and telephone.
This unreliability and lack of transparency have left me deeply dissatisfied with their services. Proceed with caution and be wary of their time management and communication practices.
