No product received and no refund.
Effectively stole my money so going through the bank for a refund. Do not use this site, ever.

Avoid at all costs, total scammers. Same as many others, ordered a sweatshirt in May 2025. Its now November - it never arrived and promises of a refund have never transpired. They've blatantly taken the money with no intention of fulfilling order. Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering.

Do not buy from this store under any circumstances. They did not deliver my rucksack worth over £100 and now have stopped responding to me, it’s 3 months later. Literally frauds.

Stole my money. Ordered a couple of long sleeve t’s at £20 each, never received the item. Completely aired all requests for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Absolute joke of a company. They're either really incompetent or out and out liars. Ordered item over a month ago and still not arrived, initially they replied to my emails requesting updates but after a while of fobbing me off they've now given up on bothering to reply. Only course if action now is to get a refund from credit card company. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs

Without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Purchased what I thought was a bargain in June!! It’s never turned up, have asked for a refund multiple times with the same automated responses. Steer clear of this retailer!!

Company gone into Administration, I’m so surprised! Countless people including me owed money.

Purchased a jacket on 30 August, which was listed as in stock at the time, and jacket still not received despite several emails requesting updates. Store provided some updates, but these were incredibly vague and unhelpful, and gave no indication to what the issue is. I then requested a refund on 9 October, which has yet to be processed (now 7 November). There is no phone number to call, and no escalation path. Terrible customer service and terrible consumer experience. Avoid.

Item ordered 19th May. Never received. Despite numerous emails and promises no refund has been received and now they won't even respond to emails. They have essentially stolen money.

Ordered a hoody in March, undelivered.
No update or information. Followed up and was told issues with the warehouse. Waited the further 2 weeks as stated, no update. Re-contacted, and no response. Re-contacted a number of times following, all automated responses.
End of May, finally got a response, again with the same excuse.
This has continued now for SEVEN months!!!!! Disgraceful.
Either a shambles of a company or a fraudulent company. Either way - stay away!!!

I have just read on Facebook that this company has gone into administration. So if you need advice on orders or refunds probably best to go to Maxwell davies website to find out about refunds and orders

Paid for a backpack over a month ago which hasn’t turned up and being ignored by customer service. Wishing I’d seen these reviews beforehand!

I received my order on October 14 and returned it on October 16. I followed their return policy by sending the items back within the required time frame and in perfect, resellable condition. However, I still haven’t received my refund. They also haven’t replied to any of my emails, and it seems like their website has already been shut down. Very disappointed.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Website looked legit, received the same story as others on here. Stated a 10 day delay over 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since. Will be contacting my CC company.

Scan website - do not order from this company. I paid for an item many months ago and despite numerous emails and chasing, I have received neither the product or a refund. Completely unacceptable.

Bought stuff in June, never received my order or a refund! It’s been months now with my emails getting a generic response! Still waiting for a response from an actual person. Avoid at all costs.

It appears jack likes to take orders/money when he doesn’t have stock. Then gives excuses for delays, falsely says a refund has been made and/or completely ignores you once you threaten with legal action.

Simple way to get your money back - contact your bank or PayPal, let them know it’s now a fraudulent store and request a refund. State you had expected the delivery within the last 2 months.

The store is no longer active but the company has not filed for bankruptcy, so act fast!!

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE** 4 carhartt items advertised as half price ordered on 17 Sept. Initial message saying the order was delayed in posting by 7-10 days. Followed up after this, generic email received. Have followed by further a d items still not received. Bank reclaim started.

Don't waste your time, get onto your bank. Automated replies... Painfully poor experience
