A very easy process to purchase the right product, at a very competitive price, delivered quickly and efficiently to the correct address .

I bought a Honda generator, it was the cheapest I could find online, plus got it delivered next day. Not only that, but they used one of the best couriers (Interlink if i remember right) that gives an hourly slot, so no waiting around all day. Great service! Thanks

Have said all I wish to say.

Ordered 4pm on Thursday, arrived Friday before 10am
would definitely recommend and use again

I have used HSS twice now, each time they have delivered my orders the next day. Well packaged and the orders have been correct. Very happy to recomend them.

On receiving this saw I have my suspicion it may be a fake as I don't think makita do any of the indicating markings with adhesive strip numbers
Usually they should all be embossed into the casting

Well priced and arrived next day

I bought makita drill and grinder the prices were 20% cheaper than any other internet site , will use again but my first choice would be you again . Cheers mark

1st Rate service.

I was attracted initially by the price which was the lowest by far for this item. Also, very prompt, no-fuss service.

HSS Toolshop have an easy to use website and ordering tools is great as you can do it online anytime ,instead of having to speak to someone during office times only. Prices are really competitive and delivery is very quick. Wouldn`t bother with Toolstation and definetly not with Screwfix in the future. Frank

I've got this Milwaukee 12v SDS drill,& my mate always going on about it.
So I got him one & he's over the moon with it. So am I it's a good price,
Free P&P & only three day delivery, brill

Exactly as described and expected, quick delivery and excellent price, highly recommended

I urgently needed some spit anchor sleeves to progress a job, I couldn't find them anywhere until I did a google search and found HSS had them in stock. I phoned them to confirm, they put them aside, I ordered them and they were delivered the next day. Minimum delay to job, cracking service from HSS.

From the order process to delivery was something you should be proud of, thank you for a product at a fair price and delivered without hassel and in perfect time.
Regards David

I'm a joiner and recently had all my tools stolen from home. I spent days online looking for the cheapest prices but have had bad experiences from cheap companies promising what they can't deliver. These guys are very competitive and the online service is brilliant- loads of updates and the delivery driver even took a photo of where he left the parcel and they emailed me the photo.
I seriously won't bother trying to save a fiver anymore and will use them all the time. I don't usually write reviews but this kind of company deserves a lot of credit.

Good prices, service and communication, items exactly as expected and swiftly delivered. Thank you!

great service and delivery exactly on time and as described will use again.

Would use them again.

The company was fast and efficient and the product was as described.
