Very good priced product, delivery first class, and regular updates on the delivery time. Cannot fault both the supplier (hsstoolshop) and the product.

Item purchased as a gift was available, in stock and at a very competitive price. Very pleased with purchase and standard of service. Delivery was as promised and able to track all the way and delivered within the timeslot allocated. Would definitely use again.

Bought a Sthil blower. Slightly nervous as I had never heard of the company before and found them online, but the blower arrived ready to start - even had petrol in, and started right up and works beautifully. Delivery was quick and the price was great - will definitely use them again.

Easy to use web site, keen price and quick delivery. All good.

Recommend buying from HSSTOOLSHOP given their Excellent Price and Service including their keeping me informed during the delivery.

We needed a tool urgently and found it on HSSToolShop website at a very fair price - it was out of stock with most other 'Tool Distributors' - ordered it late in the afternoon on Wednesday, and it arrived before 9am the following morning!

The boys on site were very happy!

Best price I could find and prompt next day delivery. Can't ask for more.

Found this company online great price and quick service, recommend.

I bought an extraction kit for a Fein Multitool. The price paid was by far the cheapest I could find on the internet. HSS communications about dispatch was excellent, and the item arrived very quickly, and well packaged. I cannot fault my purchase experience with HSS.

Great experience with HSS tool shop - they responded promptly and quickly to email queries; they told me immediately when 1 item couldn't be fulfilled for 10 days; they then refunded that item when I sourced it quicker elsewhere; then all other items arrived exactly when expected.

Thank you very much - particularly Alan G :-)

Excellent website, easy to use, quick to order and pay. Came next day as promised. All round excellent service.

We used this company online to buy some sanding discs and a sanding pad for our orbital sander. They spotted that the two items were of different sizes, accidentally chosen wrongly by us, and rang to point out the problem with us. They then gave us the correct size of sanding discs (several packets) which was larger at no extra cost..........as we had already paid by card. Very kind, very helpful and very efficient. We would definitely go back to them for future orders.

HSS Toolshop were the cheapest price I could find anywhere and had exactly what I needed.

I spoke to a helpful man on the phone who checked the stock status and advised me on another product.

I placed my order in the afternoon and it was with me by 0900 the next morning. I even received an accurate delivery time from the courier.

All round an excellent transaction with top notch service.

Best prices and fast delivery on top Makita cordless power tools

I was searching online for a tool I wanted and found various online suppliers with varying feedback. I chose HHS as they are not only online, but have a store I can go to should there be any issues. I am glad to say the whole order went without a problem and I will certainly use them again.

I had ordered two separate items & they advised me that it would be cheaper to order an equivalent combined product, saving me over £30.

Have purchased tools/machinery several times from HSStoolshop - a 5 star service . Recommended

Excellent price for Fein multimaster machine. Great service, fast delivery will buy from hsstoolshop.co.uk again thanks.

The drill was bought for my daughter and she is delighted. She has used it to make a herb box garden and now plans to build tables and chairs. A really good ,tough product and in pink! Perfect .
