I rented a car scanner to locate live cables in a concrete ceiling. Unfortunately it didn’t locate them having been told it would. Cost me £45 for nothing. Would have expected my money back as hired based on local hire shops advice.

It seems to buzz every time the user went over a rough piece of ground, it was hard to tell if it was detecting pipes or not.

Ordered this excepting the Signal generator to trace a pipe also, no joy just the cable finder
