I've ordered from HSN for a few years and recently placed an order and they immediately cancelled it for no reason. When I asked the chat support they said the fraud department flagged it and cancelled it. Why? That's ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere.

Miss the old hosts!! That’s one of the main reasons I watched… It’s a diff show without them. Even the models- I am missing Kenya and the new host Nicole talks way too much.!! Sad to see the show go down hill because of the move to PA.

I’m giving everybody here some advice. Do not purchase from HSN. I had a fan that I bought back in July. It was a phone charger fan. There was a recall from the manufacturer in China because of a possible fire hazard. They directed all customers to this company to proceed with a rather strange procedure. They would like a picture of you destroying or having the USB port destroyed so that you can’t use it and then initial it. Then the company asked for you to send a picture of the unit with your initials and they would issue a refund to you to Venmo. Now if fire hazard is a very serious situation however HSN didn’t take it that way. They made their money and they sent you to a company in China who has not sent the money back yet. When you call HSN they tell you that they follow some kind of procedure and that’s how they do their business. They made their money you’re out of your money and good luck getting it back. This is disgusting and unethical and by the way, if you don’t have Venmo, you’ll never see your money again. This is a very poor procedure and this is why companies like HSN will probably go out of business in the next couple years. Amazon sells products all the time and if there is a recall, they issue the refund. They do not send you back to the manufacturer. That’s like me. I make beads in one of my beads has an issue or leak something I’m not gonna send my customer back to the company who made the beads. I’m going to issue the refund. Very bad!

If I were able to put zero stars I would do so. I ordered three Concierge mattress toppers I opened up the first one and it had yellow stains on it !!! I am so disgusted . Customer service said in order for me to get a refund is I would need to return them. They would do me the FAVOR of waving the return shipping fee. That’s all. They will not schedule UPS to pick up the three large boxes not will they schedule a pickup from the postal service! It is my responsibility to lug these three large full size FILTHY mattress toppers to the UPS store. I will never order from HSN again. I advise the same for anyone reading this. It’s a health violation to resell bedding. I am wondering how they can get away with doing this. I will be reporting this to the Depr of Health as well as the Better Business Bureau.Barely an apology from the rep or the supervisor. Zero offer for compensation. Absolutely horrible.

More than 7 years ago I filed chapter 13. After a bad marriage. I owed a small amount of money to HSN who was notified of my bankruptcy and never responded. My bankruptcy was paid off at a 100% level. HSN will not allow me to order from them even if paying in full. I also cannot use QVC for the same reason. I have contacted customer service numerous times who have agreed to look into it and never have. I can only assume that the only people that they want to do business with are people that have good credit ratings in our in their mind good individuals. Everybody falls on hard times from time to time that shouldn't prohibit you from doing business with a national international company.

It's one thing to to sell, but when you don't tell your value customers everything about the item then you are deceiving them, you did it again with the Ring Doorbell Combo you failed to tell you customers they only had maybe two weeks free trial then you need to subscribe for services you do the same thing with HP Laptop you tell people all the things it can do but you don't tell them about subscription services they will incur, I know Iv'e bought both and now I'm paying through the nose, so to avoid it from happening again I shredded my HSN/QVC card and went as far as to block both channels on my television and blocked them on my Laptop, so if you feel as I do or have had the missfortion of dealing with customer service (what a joke) you should tried what I have done, you will feel better.

I've shopped here for years. Yesterday I was going to order some vitamins I love Andrew lessman's vitamins. But the total was like $140 so I thought I'd get the credit card because it was offering me like $60 if I signed up for the credit card. It was such a disagreeable experience!! Horrible. Not sure why they didn't accept me I have excellent credit. When I first called to inquire the status of my application it said I was in limbo and put me with somebody higher up to see what the problem was. That was extremely frustrating and didn't get anywhere when I called back again it informed me that I had been declined. Very unfortunate because I like the products from HSN but that credit card company is just horrible terrible. I wouldn't suggest anyone applying for it.

Back on July 22, 2025 I purchased Rhonda Shear's new bras #891-057. I wore them and unlike others, I really, really like how they fit with no discomfort at all on my back, that's the reason I did not return them. After 2 weeks of wear, I had to repair 1 of the bra straps where they attached to the actual bra, I didn't return it, I just repaired the strap myself. After a few more weeks had past, once again the same strap issue has occurred on my 2nd bra with the same issue. Time has passed, and I can no longer return, my 30 days for return is gone. The bras them self are great, but the straps make the bra impossible to wear as Ms, Shears designed them to be worn. I would appreciate this information being passed on to the designer. That's my reason for not giving this product a 5 star review. I'm not someone who really gives reviews, I usually just return the item, so for me to not return says something...this could be a wonderful bra with some minor changes on how the straps come on and off. For that reason alone, I will not purchase a bra from Ms, Shears when the it is made for straps to come on and off.

Pésima después que realice el pedido, sigue nefasto el envío ya que tardo 4 días lo que no entiendo para que ponen de 24/48 horas mentira nunca volveré a comprar por eso los productos en si no sé cómo serán .

Horrible. Esa ha sido mi experiencia. La primera vez que compro y la última. Compré una bolsa de colágeno beauty y ha tenido que estar expuesta al calor, pq otra explicación no le encuentro al olor a carne podrida que tiene. Es que te vuelca directamente. De momento no me han dado una solución. Menos mal que compré el envase pequeño para probar. Pero una no más Santotomas.

I had an issue with a service I purchased through HSN.
After failing to get satisfaction from the service provider I contacted HSN for help and they immediately took care of the issue!

From the time of the sale by HSN the service provider was in direct contact with me. The quality of the product they returned to me was one star at best. They did not check their work for mistakes or quality and just processed and shipped back regardless.
I filed a complaint with them and had most of the items redone elsewhere.
I set up a cloud service to use to provide sample copies of the newly redone items for comparison to theirs for their review to support the complaint and provided a link to the files location.
Their response was that they could not issue a refund.
I replied to them again with my documentation and said they should be ashamed treating customers this way but they still denied providing any compensation.
Their response again was that they could not issue a refund.
They said they could give me a future credit.......WHY WOULD I EVER USE THEM AGAIN after that kind of treatment.

They sell garbage. They also turn down sound effects so the vacuum we purchase doesn’t sound like a jet plane. The shark stick corded vacuum is pos. Some genius thought putting a 5 pound motor on top of a plastic clip will last. Broke in 4 months of course past the return date

I ordered a single grill for less than $300. The following day, I get an email that it was cancelled. I chatted with a customer service rep 'Michelle' who couldn't answer why it was cancelled, but gave me a phone number to call for further information. I called to me answered by a security representative? who sounded like they I woke them up and were in a bathroom - hard to understand. They didn't greet me, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience; they actually sounded annoyed that I was asking why my order was cancelled. She put me on hold for 10 minutes only to come back on telling me it was Capital One's fault regarding my address, but 'this is what she can do for me' like she's doing me a favor. She was going to cancel the order so that I could try again on my own. Yippee. I told her this process is really inconvenient; I have high credit, have ordered countless times before and this has never happened. She started getting an attitude and tried to say what if someone stole my card... I get it. It's just waaaaay too much effort for a single purchase. Maybe I'm just worn out, but all of the competition in retail, I am amazed companies like this can stay in business with an attitude like I'm the luckiest person alive if they let me buy a product from them when I can purchase the same thing from Amazon with no effort and no hurdles.

I order online but I couldn’t help noticing the makeup that the host was wearing this morning when she presented the item 085-609. Wow and not a good wow. Doesn’t anyone ever tell a host when her makeup is awful. Pink over the eyes, more, more blush than necessary. HSN is really going down hill. I guess the move to PA hasn’t been positive. I feel like, as a woman, someone needs to tell you when your makeup looks like clown makeup.

La empresa se pasa engañando todo el año con ofertas que no son tal, hace años aun con todo este caos de ofertas al final más o menos los productos terminaban siendo un poco más baratos que la competencia.

Ahora ya esto no es así, a poco que te líes con las ofertas pagas más que en el resto de empresas que venden productos de marca.

Además si engañan con las ofertas por que no lo van a hacer con la materia prima. No me inspira confianza una empresa tan oscura.

Tras realizar un pedido y enviarlo a una dirección erronea la empresa de reparto lo devuelve a su origen y me cobran un envio que supuestamente no tenía cuando lo compré (era envío gratuito).

Servicio al cliente de pena, solo piensan en dinero, malas personas....

Una empresa con buenos productos y a buen precio que también tenía una buena atención al cliente. A día de hoy, tras años como cliente y tras padecer una atención al cliente pésima, en el que tras enviarme el paquete a un lugar erróneo pretenden cobrarme la gestión del transporte y, por supuesto no recibir el paquete, decido no volver a usar nunca más.
