I went in to buy a gift for my daughter…
I went in to buy a gift for my daughter and the two staff members were so helpful , polite and friendly.
There was also lots of choice .

Went looking for an inexpensive watch…
Went looking for an inexpensive watch as soon as customers could actually go in shops. Found one right away. Also quite a selection in our price range - under £100. All the people behind the counter were courteous and took care of us right away.

Visited the Stirling branch invited in by a smiling member of staff covid rules in place. Left to browse, we picked out several watches my husband eventually chose his favorite the young lady kindly sized it for him there & then. Was lucky that it had been reduced that day. It was a very pleasant shopping experience in these strange times.

First jewellers out of 5 we visited in Stirling for sapphire necklace and earrings. We went back and made the purchase at H Samuel's. Best value by far and no pressure sales, well done.
