Very easy to use, straight forward no problem, just happy

I want to thank very sincerely the manager Paris (who I don't know and never met before by the way!)
I had a quite complicated request for the enlargement of two rings that were different sizes but which I had already had previously welded together.
Paris made great efforts to listen extremely carefully because the enlargement was complicated as the 2 rings were not the same size and there were two sets of engraving inside the rings that needed to be aviided in the enlargement process. Having taken my order she sent me a message reasuring me that she had personally contacted those who would do the work, explaining in detail verbally the written message sent.
When I went to collect the ring(s) I had inadvertently forgotton my receipt, thinking I had it in my jacket pocket. Paris was called and she immediately recognised me and described in a nutshell the job request and went herself to collect the ring(s) from the safe. She could not have done more. In addition to her attentiveness and kindness she was happy and friendly. Thank you Paris.

We visited on 11th April looking to buy wedding rings ,we were greeted by Eva who was very warm and welcoming, after choosing our rings she went above and behond to make sure we were totally satisfied and happy with our purchases, Eva you do an amazing job and provide an excellent customer service with a smile 😃

Went to H.Samuel to have my sons (7 with adhd) ear pierced whom had desperately waited for a week for the appointment. I walked in and was greeted by Ella whom was his piercer whom explained everything to him and my son was more jittery than usual due to nerves. Ella was extremely patient with him he was so nervous due to the unknown even though it was explained throughly. My son eventually had done on the second try but Ella’s patient with him was amazing as she could see how much he wanted it done even through his nerves. She made experience extremely at ease he even wants her to do the other one (when he is ready as he wants two). I cannot thank Ella and the other staff member in that day due to both of their help and understanding with a neurodiverse child. So I wanted you to say a
Huge huge HUGE thank you to Ella as you made one little boy extremely happy with a core memory.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Assistant EVA in H. Samuel jewellers in the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre, Staines. You were a light in my opinion of young assistants nowadays so thank you and carry on the good work 😊

The Staines store was very helpful on the phone, indicating immediately that they didn't stock the product I wanted in that store. They were able to tell me a nearby store location, and also mentioned buying it online. The website was very quick and easy to use, straightforward processes to navigate, place order and pay.

Absolutely pathetic service, went in on Friday, ordered a watch and paid for it, the young lady said there were 3 in stock and that i can collect it on Tuesday morning, went it today(Tuesday) and guess what they cancelled my order, and the status had changed to limited stock! now i have a very upset daughter which was expecting her watch!! oh and then I get told i have to wait 4 - 5 days for my refund!! no money to buy another watch elsewhere! they told outright they are NOT prepared to pay me cash or refund immediately!! no email to tell me its been cancelled and apologise for any inconvenience!! now for a Jeweller that has been 'apparently' running since forever that cannot get their Customer Service correct is quite sad!! The best thing is they still have it advertised on their website!! you can pay them and you never receive your item!! bit of scam going on here!!!

Visited the Staines store today for advice on cleaning my jewellery. The Supervisor there, Hannah, was super knowledgable quickly told me some of my items were white gold and not silver as i'd orginally thought ! She thoroughly cleaned the silver items, and recommended a product which I subsequently purchased. Always a pleasant trip to this store where all staff are super friendly, attentative & knowledgeable - especially Hannah

A visit to H. Samuel in Staines-upon-Thames to replace a lost wedding ring. It was fairly busy in the shop at the time, but we were acknowledged and told it would not be a long wait, although there were only two employees on duty.
When our turn came, the service was good. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. One ring he showed me, happened to fit perfectly, and we made the purchase. This was an easy experience.

The girl working there was helpful and friendly. She approached me when I entered the store and asked if I need any help.
