I went into buy a watch I had seen online the lady kindly ordered it for me .. only took a few days to come in stock she also kindly took some links out .. staff were very efficient and polite will definitely be going back ..

Excellent
Excellent , friendly , helpful member of staff whom I visited three times to purchase our wedding rings , wedding necklace and earrings. I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name but , I know she had only been working at the store since Christmas . She said she loved her job .

Hassle-free, friendly service
Came in looking for a men’s ring. Staff were very helpful and friendly, gave several options and were knowledgable on the products and materials. A very hassle-free and quick purchase made easy by the staff and service. Would buy from this branch again.

I purchased a ladies Lorus watch online…
I purchased a ladies Lorus watch online and the expanding strap needed shortening. We went into your Norwich Store and is was adjusted while we waited. The staff were extremely helpfull and the service was excellent both online and in store. I would not hesitate in using H. Samuel again in the future.

I lost my wedding ring on Xmas day 2020…
I lost my wedding ring on Xmas day 2020 after 53 years of marriage and my wife said she would buy me a new one. So after looking at several rings in a variety of shops we saw the ring that i wanted in H Samuel. The staff were very helpful and patient and the ring was delivered to my home in 2 days although the staff quoted 7 days so i was very pleased with the overall service.
