What a crappie Web site. Its so stressful to operate, it keeps jumping about and won't allow collecting infomation during the process.
If you don't clean this up you will lose sales

Made three purchases.
Sales advisor Becky from Maidenhead store was very helpful, friendly gave good advice and was very knowledgable with all the products I purchased.
Such a lovely person to deal with.

We visited H Samuel in Maidenhead to look at wedding rings. Becky greeted us and was so helpful and clearly knew her stock and was able to describe all the different styles and options and was very knowledgeable about what would sit right with my engagement ring
. They didn't have the one we wanted but she wrote down all the details so that we could look online or another store.

We then decided to look at watches and again Beckys knowledge of her stock was exceptional. We chose a Citizen watch which she could tell us all about. We also wanted engraving which she carefully helped us decide on.

We really felt that Becky was exceptional in her knowledge and, customer care. You rarely find this any more.

In the end because if how well Becky served us, we did find a buy the ring we wanted in their Reading store where the service was also very good.

Louise was very helpful in the Maidenhead store today and made shopping a pleasant experience. Her guidance in selecting the right product was excellent

Thankyou to H Samuels for ruining my 21st wedding anniversary gave them a wks notice & orders in shop in Maidenhead,& they couldn't even deliver to shop on time,I spent a lot of money but still not delivered....never shop there again.on line quicker & better diff company!!!!!!!!!

I’ve visited the Maidenhead branch on many occasions now and I’ve been meaning to leave a review for sometime now. I’m a watch collector and any I order online I have delivered to store purely because Becky ward the manager and her team are fantastic to deal with and take a keen interest in my hobby and are very knowledgeable regarding the watches I’m mainly interested in collecting and let me know if there are any new models of the brands I like to collect. Becky and her team are an asset to h samuels. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Simon in the Maidenhead store was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were buying my wedding ring and he really listened to what we wanted and what our budget was.

The lady in shop was unaware of the products specification. She did not know if the gold was certified.

Thank you to Simon for getting it sorted in the end. It took from August last year till June this year to get a resolution to the issue, which could have been sorted sooner. I would suggest you track the history of this saga and you probably wouldn't have asked for my feedback.

I've always received excellent service, Becky & Louise are an asset to the company.
