Bought two wedding rings but one had to be resized so we were told that this would be done before we came to pick them up.
We came in to pick them up when we were messaged and the ring hadn’t been resized so we now have to come back again. We were told that if we wanted it done quickly we would have to pay extra for it despite it not being our fault as the ‘resize’ request was written on the order.

I didn’t have to wait to be served , described what I was looking for and shown several options .
After making my choice it was polished up and well presented in a gift box and bag! Excellent service

Went to h Samuel in Liverpool to choose 2 rings for our Ruby wedding anniversary great choice of rings for both of us my wife picked Ruby and diamonds I chose a gold engraved band staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble for them great customer service throughout our visit just waiting to pick them up would highly recommend h Samuel
