Easy to use and a good shopping experience

My daughter had her ears pierced at the Loughborough store
The guy who does the piercing really put her at ease and was very thorough, double checking everything was correct before proceeding
He also gave great advice on how to look after the piercings
It was much cheaper than Claires as you only pay for the earrings but a much better service
We'll definitely be going back for her earrings going forward and advising our friends to take their children there

Bought this chain to wear as an everyday necklace with my cross and it's simply beautiful, just the right length and weight - shines beautifully! Ordered it and received it within 3 days in a beautiful gift box. Highly recommend!

Took an old, broken and very dirty necklace in to the Loughborough branch to ask if it could be restored. The lady (unfortunately I did not get her name but she was fantastic) did the whole thing there and then. I was expecting to get a quote to have it sent away but the repair was very simple so she did it instantly and then cleaned the whole thing up to a point where it was unrecognizable (in a good way) and did not charge me. Wonderful service

Excellent service and very patient, they searched the entire ring stock to find me two similar styled rings so i could have idea how my rings would sit on my finger as they were too small. Loughborough store and staff are just perfect xx
