Excellent staff at Bluewater especially when i procured my new watch

Unfortunately they did not have stock of the item I wanted to purchase. However, the assistant cleaned and polished the display item and packaged it up. Not ideal but okay in the circumstances.

Collected a Rotary Chronometer watch in for replacement battery. Your sales adviser at your Bluewater outlet showed me a few controls on the chronometer that I was not aware of, really impressive,especially since I've owned the watch for several years now. Also purchased a guardian angel pendant, same guy (sorry forgotten his name) he was extremely helpful and showed my wife and I a number of pendant options. Your adviser was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the items he was able to show us. Great credit to the store and your business.

I attend the store at Dartford and was seen to by a member of staff quickly. The only issue is the anklet I selected is quite thin and slightly long for my ankle. Nonetheless, the anklet is suitable for the price and I have seen thinner anklets for a similar price. Additionally, the receipt states silver anklet but I checked and it’s 9ct gold (not plated). All in all, I’m a satisfied customer. Thank you H.Samuel
