Went to Falkirk Howgate H Samuel for a colleagues leaving present. Janet the assistant was extremely helpful, lovely woman, nothing seemed a bother, clearly not just a job to her.

I was unsure what to buy for my friend baby 👶 unfortunately I don't remember the name of the shop assistant but in 2 minutes I was out of the shop with a present and very happy for the excellent customer service 😀

Safe and excellent service
Bought a wedding ring on line but was wrong size waited till shops in Scotland opened as was instructed as only needed an exchange the staff were very helpful and organised the exchange and helped me order a ring I saw online. It was a nice safe environment in this covid times, I was very happy with the experience and can’t wait to get my new rings.
