I recently bought my new Garmin with H Samuel. The customer service was excellent as you would expect. Even though the desired watch wasn't available in store, it was ordered and sent direct to my door within 3 days.

Fabulous
I wanted something special for my grandson and grand daughter and they were so helpful in the store even though they didn't have what I liked in store we found it online and they ordered it for me and had it delivered to my address and it is exactly what I wanted for them.

Glad to be back in a proper shop
The shop assistant was super friendly and helpful and found the watch I wanted in next to no time. The whole experience was very pleasant and unhurried and I was glad to have the complete shopping experience rather than buying online.

Literally could not fault the service…
Literally could not fault the service that I received. I purchased a watch for my son as it was his 16th, I had fantastic communications with the manager once it was in store and the girls that I interacted with when I collected it (overly excited) were helpful, friendly and personable and explained all that was needed to be able to have the watch resized. When my son when into store to have the watch resized they were again helpful, happy and faultless (and remembered me bless!)
Couldn’t recommend Cribbs Causeway any more! Thank you.

Very friendly
Very friendly, helpful lady that served us. Similar age to our daughter (who we were buying a gift for) and she gave us some great tips/pointers to help us choose what to buy.

Poor Service
Wedding ring was late in being delivered and despite being sized in the shop by assistant was 2 sizes to big! now have to wait a further 3 weeks..
