Mia in the Bridgend store was fab, took extra care and attention in finding a super difficult to find item

I was waiting to be served, but the young lady was chatting to her friend who had bought something however just lingered. All I heard was their conversation while I waited to be served by the manager who was polite and professional. No wonder high street stores are losing business.

I came for an interview last week and found the staff very friendly. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel more relaxed as I was a little nervous. Telephoned me the same day to tell me I was successful. I can’t wait to start working I am looking forward to getting to know my colleagues and customers

The whole process of buying a wedding ring was a joyful experience, we were made to feel very special by the manager whom we dealt with. Very good service, I was seen to almost immediately. No faffing around, I was given extremely good service and had a lovely chat with the manager.
I did have to bring the bracelet back as it was a bit loose but that took the manager probably 3 minutes and no problems since. Highly recommend going in there. Even though it's in the high street, it's a nice quiet ambience and not always overloaded with people. Some really good products in store.

Excellent customer service. My Daughters loved their Camelia charm bracelets and charms. Cardiff branch were great as the offer was buy one get one free. Paid for the 2 charms in Cardiff and they contacted Bridgend where they had the other charm

Collection arrived at store earlier than expected due date, which was fine. Staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend
