H.Samuel - Blackburn Anmeldelser 

We visited H Samuel’s shop in the Blackburn shopping mall today. The assistant Zaiba who served us was lovely. She was friendly and extremely helpful and polite. She absolutely went the extreme the extra mile to help us to make our purchases. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we were over the moon with what we bought. She was a star and we won’t think twice about visiting her again

Recieved pendant and ring for Xmas unfortunately last month it snapped. My partner did however take out insurance. Took too store and they sent it for repair and would be delivered back too store on 2/7/24.
2/7 I recieved a message my order was in store but with work didn’t get chance to go over in evening but would go at weekend, 4/7 I recieved a call explaining a mishap with system and my order wasn’t in store but would hopefully be delivered the following day or Monday. Monday I recieved no notification so another call to store for staff to say the system said it had been dispatched and would be with them Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I’ve had to call again staff put the phone on the counter while lady went too look in store - during the 5 minutes I was blessed with hearing all a gentleman’s bank account details and eventually was told they was too busy in store and would have to call be back. They actually did return the phone call and the lady basically told me that the error was because they had sent another item and they had to send it back wait for the warehouse to recieve it so they could send the right one back to store. Pretty sure this is just me being fobbed off again. Won’t hold my breathe for confirmation it’s in store on Friday

Partner and I chose my white gold engagement ring in January. We were never offered insurance on the ring either. I noticed last week one of the small diamonds was missing, took it back into the store who said wear and tear was not covered but they would send it off to be looked at, received a phone call to say that they would replace the diamond but with a fee of over £200. Surely an engagement ring is designed to be worn, and withstand minimal wear and tear especially when I've only had it 4 months! The customer service we received wasn't brilliant and we for sure will not be returning to H.Samuels for future jewelry purchases.

Visited the Blackburn branch to buy some jewelery for my other half for her birthday. We were looked after by a lady called Bilkis who was absolutely brilliant. She really couldn't do enough and really knew her products and all the insurance Got to say it's the best customer service I've received in years. This lady is a credit to H Samuel and we will certainly shop there again. Thank you Bilkis

Bilkis Bax provided a warm, inviting , and knowledge shopping experience! I was able to purchase a beautiful pair of earrings and she made sure that the process from start to finish was tailor made for me. She ensured that I was happy with my choice, and helped me pick out a matching necklace too. I would highly recommend H Samuel as a result of my experience with her!

My partner bought me some £100 earrings and was not advised at the point of sell that you can’t exchange or refund earrings even if they have not been used. The policy says they have to be sealed but they don’t sell them to you sealed which doesn’t make any sense at all. If you won’t allow refunds or exchanges you should make sure they are sealed to give the customer the choice to leave it sealed or open it. I didn’t like the earrings so I went to store to get my money back and we told I couldn’t have an exchange because they were not sealed… which again they don’t sell them to you sealed so it makes no sense. They said it was advised at the point of sale and it was not. So I went back again after and they refused to refund or exchange again. So I walked out rang customer service and explained what happened and they were fantastic and rang the store and advised them to refund or exchange. I wanted another pair of earrings but after how they acted in store I got my money back and bought them from Peter Jackson’s instead.

Went to the Blackburn store with a ring that had arrived damaged and Joanne was amazing and got everything sorted for me straight away and made sure I walked away happy

Had my ears pierced by Zaiha today. Lovely lady. Really professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend. 🤩🤩 Thank you Zaiha

The young man who served me had only just started working for you. He was lovely though nervous. I was very pleased with his service. As i have worked in retail over 20yrs, i no how daunting it is when your nervous & dealing customers. Im sure he will do very well.

My wife and I went to H.Samuel in Blackburn to buy me a wedding ring because I had lost my original one. (Lost weight)

Staff were excellent, shop was clean and tidy, and all Covid guidelines were adhered to.
Came away very satisfied.

I did some shopping for my sister and brother in laws 25th wedding Anniversary,
the lady who served me was so so unhelpful and rude....
If I could have bought what I wanted elsewere (I did look) I would have done so.....

Bought a Bulova watch for my husband. They were sold out in store but suggested I could order it online. Got my order delivered to store and it arrived quicker than expected. Quality of the watch was excellent and service was great.

Excellent service 👏couldn't fault anything from A to Z

Had a few issues with a new starter processing the transaction wrong, but that's understandable other than that was a pleasant experience

Ordered a watch for my teenage daughter online.
Got a confirmation of order.
Got email saying ready to collect
Went to store gave them ordrer number collected watch.

Staff were great, very attentive offering good service in a pleasant manner
