Ok this is a Chinese based company don't be fooled by the .co.uk
Secondly they will send you substandard equipment with perfectly branded HP Stickers as if they were from the manufacturer. (high pitch noise when charging)
Thirdly they will accept a refund and ask you to send it back to them with a value lower than $10 to avoid customs.
The shipping to china will be more than the item is worth. They will tell you the item never arrived. You will waste time and money

If any of the above is what you expect from a company then go right ahead . for me it a learning experience

In reading some of the other negative reviews and similarities to my experience I would question the overall positive ones on here.
BUYER beware:
I am a genuine purchaser and I can prove it . but on trust pilot all I need to do is submit and email address, I would question whether some of these reviews have been paid for

Ordered a laptop battery . It took long to reach me in zimbabwe due to Covid, but it was worth the wait. Good and genuine replacement parts.

I had an issue with an incorrect lead that was sent to me. It was resolved speedily and to my satisfaction with regular communications and speedy delivery - thumbs up.

Very fast delivery and quick response from emails. Allowed to track parcel so always knew where it was at.
Had to rearrange a delivery to which they contacted me to make sure I had done this. Would use again and highly recommend them to anyone.

HP parts are courteous and attentive. They replied to my emails straight away and my HP laptop charger arrived within the exact time frame HP parts advised and exactly as ordered. Happy customer. Thank you.

don't use this website. item arrived 4 weeks later than expected (they did keep in touch through this process) but as i was moving house they promised that if it arrived after i'd moved they'd give me a full refund. I'd moved the day before it arrived and they then refused to refund me UNTIL I GAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW. So i was blackmailed into giving them a 5 star review (which i am now editing as i have received my refund) which is shocking

This Is a scam. Do not use. The charger was faulty (confirmed by HP technical team).

Too expensive to send back to China and needs to be within 30 days or original invoice and in original box. When I e-mailed I was asked to send back to China at my expense and not offered a refund.

Order a power supply as I thought it was an HP site. The only time I realised it was from China is when it went faulty. The powers supplied delivered and work for a month then got so hot it burnt my grandsons hand before it died. Fortunately, it didn't cause any lasting injury or fire. I contacted the supplier and they ask me to return the power supply at my cost around £15 so they could replace it if they found it was faulty. The cost of the return added to the power supply makes it a very expense power supply. They also wanted my to put on the return parcel the items value as $10 to avoid tax. I asked for a refund no reply from them. Avoid if you don't want a fire or injury. Those who have given a good review I would keep an eye on the power supply

Placed order for a charger. The first one was faulty. Raised an issue, quick to respond and provided a 'no quibble' replacement.
Recommended.

Took one month for correct part for my HP Lap top, as the original part sent out did not fit. Service good but would recommend anyone ordering to send actual code off part, as this would save a lot of time and extra postage.
