Howlett Of Lavenham Anmeldelser

Simon Howlett was extremely helpful from the outset, taking his time to explain the car and it's attributes, and everything was exactly as he set out - refreshingly straight forward

He was also able to provide us with a better price on our part exchange than webuyanycar, and exchange of vehicles was done in a calm and patient way, ensuring I was fully aware of all the controls etc

All in all, a very pleasurable experience with Howletts - one I;d be happy to repeat

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have looked after my cars since I moved to Lavenham and their service has always been first class.
Just purchased another car from them and couldn't be happier.

Fantastic garage. I've been using Howletts for over 30 years. A great family run business, giving value for money service. 10/10 to all the team

Excellent service, right from the booking to the actual work. Professional yet friendly. Thank you

I purchased a vehicle from Howlett’s 12 months ago and found the service to be excellent, so much so that I have just returned for them to undertake an MOT and vehicle service. Again, excellent service, prompt, efficient with clear communication on progress and timings. Would happily return and am quite happy to give a 5 star rating and thoroughly recommend.

Howlett of Lavenham is the best garage I have had dealings with in my 50+ years as a car owner. A car I bought from them two years ago proved to have serious and unusual engine problems. When I decided to replace it Howlett quickly found me a replacement at a very good price. Their service operation is of the highest standard and always friendly with clear explanations about mechanical problems and the time and cost or repair. A wonderful local family business of the highest integrity in an age of anonymity and carelessness.

Our experience buying our updated car could not have been better, the effort they went to to find the exact requirements to suit our needs was brilliant. We highly recommend Howlett and its team. If you require a new or updated car please give them a call

I recently purchased a
Peugeot 3008. Was exactly as described. Wonderful service from Simon and Kim.Nothing was too much trouble. I would use them again. Thank you Howletts.

Our car was at the end of life and I wanted to buy from a trusted dealer.
We used to live near Lavenham and had bought cars from Howlett before.
I asked Simon if he had a Peugeot 208 within our price range and he immediately came back with a suggestion.
He even offered advice on how to scrap our car through Assington autos which collected the car and gave us a good price considering the car was not even working.
The car is fantastic. Saved the day for us .

Excellent service as always. Highly recommend

I think this is our 5th Car from Howletts, always an excellent service fitted my dash cam no problem can’t really see myself going anywhere else. Love my car.
Thanks Simon and Team

Simon was friendly, understanding and went the extra mile with his customer service.

We arrived to look at one car and ended up buying another after taking both out for good and informative test drives. Not once did we feel any sales pressure which made the whole experience very relaxed. Even a secondhand car can be an expensive purchase so it is nice to feel confident that this is a genuine and caring business - thank you Simon.

Excellent dealership and a very friendly local garage. Simon Howlett was very accommodating and went well beyond in just selling me the car he provided a major service and had no issues in having all alloy wheels sprayed as new. I would highly recommend Howletts of Lavenham and I look forward to them servicing my car for the future. Thanks Simon 😎
