Drew has, once again, gone out of his way to help. He has attended out of working hours to arrange access for a contractor, as well as coordinating multiple other parties to get a repair moving.

Howkins & Harrison were very accommodating and professional with our requests to view the rental property, and this level of service continued throughout the process.
The communication from Lisa was also very good, and I would recommend them to any potential landlord or tenant.

This is the first time we have rented a property and I have to say that the staff at Howkins and Harrison made it a stress free experience. From the first time we were shown around the property prior to renting, through to the end of the rental period, everyone was extremely helpful, professional and also friendly. A special mention to Nicole Ashenden who was the person we dealt with mostly during our stay, not only does she have excellent communication skills, she also has a lovely personal touch giving us information about the area and made our stay at the property a thoroughly enjoyable one. David and the team secured us a sale at the asking price within days. He communicated with us quickly and honestly at every stage. In addition, when we were unable to, he visited the property for us to keep everything on track during the sale. I would recommend using H&H to anyone wanting to sell a property in Northampton.

To anyone fortunate enough to have Lisa handle the rental property is going to have not only some one with a totally professional capabilities, prompt service and efficient. They will also have a person with genuine care who in the 6 years of renting through Howkins and Harrison has been excellent in every way. I cannot sing her praises highly enough, a huge thank you Lisa.

I’ve been asked 3 times by H&H to leave a review so I’ll be honest about my experience.
This was my first time buying a house and it ended up being quite a stressful experience. There were some delays due to work needing to be completed on the house and Xmas closures which couldn’t be helped. My solicitors were also ridiculously slow towards the end which added to it however the constant chasing from H&H for updates from me didn’t help the stress levels.
They’re a lovely, friendly bunch of people and for their client the seller, they did a great job pushing to get the sale through, however as the buyer it was a bit too much at times to constantly be chased.
I don’t have previous experience to compare to but friends have said they didn’t have to get involved at all so maybe it was just a unfortunate set of events 🤷🏼‍♀️

What a great experience from start to finish nothing was to much trouble for Nadine and Kate always there ready to help. Was all sorting and moved in within 3 weeks .

I moved into a property with my partner nearly 2 years ago and up to January we didn’t have a proper maintenance person that we could go directly to until January 2025 where we was given drew and ever since then he has supported with everything

Recently had tenants move out, with new tenants about to move in.
This was over seen by Drew Stewart at howkins and Harrison.
A real pleasure to deal with, he kept me up to date with what was happening from the letting agent end, and he was a pleasure to speak to on the phone.
After he carried out the final inspection when the existing tenants had moved out, we spoke on the phone and he thoroughly went through everything, and made it very simple as what will happen next and what the time frame would be.
Although this was a business call, immediately it felt calm and relaxed and almost like I was just talking to friend, which makes the whole experience a much nicer one.

Simple processes. Problems solved quickly. All staff very polite and responsive. Drew made handover very easy and secured full return of deposit moneys within 48 hours of Tenancy ending.

I am impressed with Mark Glen of Howkins & Harrison he went above and beyond helping me to ensure my property was marketed effectively. His expertise and freindly service made the entire experience stress-free. I'd definiely use them again.
