Lamona products are a joke.
Kitchen has been in 4 months and so far the fridge was dodgy from day one. After several attempts to get a Lamona one that worked it was replaced for a Bosch. The dishwasher failed after two uses and flooded the kitchen on Xmas Eve. The “engineers” 🤣 sent to repair it the broke the end panel of the kitchen. So a new dishwasher was fitted with x2 visits from kitchen fitters. Now the hob has gone so we are returning it and getting a different brand and paying the difference.
The staff at Howdens have been supportive. Kitchen units are great.

The people Rob Dave and Mal are very friendly and helpful; the delivery driver was a very pleasant chap so overall a very pleasing experience
My only complaint is that the quoted price which I accepted was increased when I received the invoice after delivery. It was only £30 or so but I do think that notification would have been businesslike

Thank you to Howdens in Wrexham for my beautiful kitchen. Getting my kitchen done was always something I was nervous about but Tom from the Wrexham Howdens branch made it all so easy. His professionalism, knowledge and lovely self made sure everything went smoothly and offered guidance and help along the way. From making best use of our space to ensuring everything had the finishing touches it needed. The choice of products, appliances and colours at Howdens was fantastic, the quality is great and so is the price! My kitchen is so beautiful and it’s now my favourite room in the house that we can enjoy as a family. Tom is a credit to Howdens and we can’t thank him enough. From, Sharon Ritchie

NOTE TO READER: This review is solely in relation to the MOLD BRANCH of Howdens, and NOT Wrexham Branch- apologies for the mix up! Given the top service experienced in Mold, even if you live closer to the other branch, we would personally travel the extra distance and visit Mold, who now have us as lifelong customers.

My wife and I were recommended to visit the MOLD BRANCH of Howdens by our Structural Engineer, appointed to oversee and project manage extensive building works on our property, here in North Wales. By coincidence, a friend and neighbour had also used this company and were extremely happy with the outcome, so in essence Howdens came with a double recommendation! Initially we only had in mind to outfit our kitchen, but after such a straight forward sales process (thanks in no small part to Sumeria Sayle) and first class team of installers, we then decided to outfit our bedroom, and were so pleased we did! The finish of respective units are first class, with excellent build quality- there really isn't anything to fault. Using the latest 3Ddesign technology, it was very easy with given room dimensions for Howdens to envision best fit and match. The plan was first class, and (pleased to say!) so was the outcome. When buying capital items for one's home you really need to know you're doing the right thing, void of all niggling concerns or reservations- have we done the right thing, will the units be fit for purpose, what if I have any later questions, are they priced reasonably and fairly, will everything fit into place... Don't worry, the answer to all these are YES!
There's a song that comes to mind 'What a difference a day makes', well perhaps that should instead be 'What a difference a Howdens makes!'. Thank you, our house is now a home, and all in time for Christmas :)
