Howdens - Worcester Anmeldelser

Ryan did a great job designing and then supplying two kitchens for us. All items where delivered together so all equipment was there together ready for our fitting team

Howdens Sheriff Street Worcester
We visited the showroom and found everyone friendly and helpful. We made a few changes from the originally design, Tom was patient, and nothing was too much trouble. He understood what we wanted and showed us images of what it would finally look like. We needed some building and electrical work so took us a while to place the order but we were never pressured to go ahead.
Also had help and correspondence from Julie when purchasing flooring and appliances, thank you.
Happy and pleased with the end result.

Zach has been super helpful throughout the process from design, to delivery, to any issues we’ve had during installation. Super quick to respond to any queries which we really appreciate.

The staff are always friendly and we are on 1st name terms including the warehouse staff. They look after me

Great customer interaction Julie in the Sheriff street in Worcester depot is a great asset and ambassador for the company excellent service great products thank you Howdens.

Always great service

Julie and then Tom were super helpful and patient. We started with looking for a couple of replacement doors and are now having a full door replacement in our kitchen.

Jim was excellent and listening to our needs and coming up with a design to meet them. He liaised effectively with our builders and everything was delivered on time as per their schedule.
We would highly recommend Jim and Howdens.

I have asked for a quote from Howdens Worcester for a kitchen. I had to chase Luke twice and he seemed to have a problem as he didnt get the last kitchen he quoted me. I escalated still didnt get the quote! Howdens loss but a manager should be told

Fab place, really friendly and helpful staff every time we go in.

I recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Howdens in Worcester (Sheriff Street branch). From the outset through to completion I received excellent service. My designer was Jim Walton and he was extremely professional, helpful, creative and very patient with me!
I was also very fortunate to have an excellent fitting team recommended and organised through Howdens.
The finished kitchen is beautiful and all that I wanted, and more.
I would highly recommend the Worcester (Sheriff Street) Howdens branch, and Jim Walton, to anyone considering having a new kitchen.

From start to finish the process of designing, choosing and receiving my new kitchen was pretty straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble and my designer was extremely helpful in getting exactly what I wanted in the design. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and look of the kitchen now that it has been fitted. Customer service was excellent, above and beyond.

Wonderful service from Tom at worcester couldn’t be bettered

We were initially unsure about using Howdens as your website stated that it was for ‘Trade only’. However on speaking to the girls on Reception we were immediately put at ease. They could not have been more welcoming. Tom helped us design the kitchen and showed us all the options open to us. It was great seeing an image of what it would look like when finished. Again he was so friendly and knowledgeable.
We have just had our Howdens Kitchen installed and would like to express how delighted we are with it and the service we received from Howdens. It was fitted by Richard Houghton who was brilliant. He was punctual and friendly and kept us informed of exactly what he was doing each time. He also went above and beyond and even boxed the copper pipes in from a newly fitted radiator. Rich sorted out the other tradesmen including a plumber, plasterers, painter and electrician, Chris Goode who was also excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Rich to install their kitchen. You know they’ll be in good hands.
Our experience of Howdens and all the people involved was exemplary and we would highly recommend them.

The order would have been perfect with a Slight tweet that needed reminding.
Other wise it was good

Fantastic service

Kitchen designed for us on our instructions by Ryan. Pleased with quality of units, what we chose, Our fitter had no problems fitting. Thank you Ryan,Howdens, Worcester

We’ve received first class service from Howdens. Whilst we used our own fitter, we used Howdens for help and advice in design and obviously sourcing the kitchen itself which we are delighted with. Ryan in particular is a credit to the company. He came out to survey, helped us to create the design we wanted and was always available for help and advice both before and after the kitchen was fitted. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him when we were redesigning, reordering or simply needing some advice. I knew if I dropped him an email, he’d reply promptly if he was in the office. Exceptional service. In addition, other staff we encountered were always helpful, friendly and efficient. A great experience for us at Howdens Worcester and will certainly recommend to family and friends. Thanks very much.

Horrendous company, terrible product, my carpenter at to reinforce all the kitchen cabinets, also provided the wrong product on 2 counts, also dont leave them to design they have no idea about the difference between a kitchen sink and a utility sink, will never use again

Very pleased with choosing Howdens for our kitchen. The design process was quick, easy and skilfully done by Ryan at Worcester - providing a design that was practical and met our wishes. It was great to see the displays and play around with the various counter/door options available to us in the store. When refining the design and getting the final quote we never once felt rushed or pressured. Our every interaction with Howdens has been helpful and professional - thank you!
