Harry designed my dream kitchen creating it into something I’d only imagined I am now using and not only does it look fantastic it’s operational. Nothing was ever too much trouble, everything was designed and delivered on schedule. Really really great, personable service and I cannot recommend Howdens enough

The monday morning delivery was all well and good, till I realised their designer had measured wrongly, and therefore the design was out. Not a problem, it happens, so I called on tuesday, and left a message for J, expecting to be called back and the issue resolved. By lunchtime I happened to swing by the store, but he was busy. Then I called again after 4 but he had finished work. Called again on weds morning and still no response. Its now weds afternoon, and ive had to stop by again and was finally assisted by a very helpful chap on the front desk....
Hang on, wow!, just got a call from J now that ive been to the store a 2nd time, and after 3 calls... fat lot of good now. In essence, dont get him to do your kitchen design. Bout as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Sounds silly but I was nervous about the whole process of buying a kitchen: I’ve never done it before and it all seemed very daunting. Luckily though James was my designer and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to explain every question I had and not once did I feel silly or as if I was asking too much.

I never normally write reviews or commendations but James is a credit to your organisation and wholeheartedly recommend him, especially if you’re feeling anxious about the whole process. 10 stars.

Harrys a brilliant manager for Howdens. Responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. His knowledge and advice is second to none. Having dealt with a few Howdens branches I can comfortably say his is the most organised and reliable I have come across. I wouldn’t use another Howdens.

Nick was extremely helpful with getting the kitchen qoute together. Goes way beyond in trying to have the order in place and deliver in the tight timeframe.

Sid was really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I previously bought a kitchen from Howdens and had such a good experience that I’ve come back to buy another one. Sid took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress free.

From the first time we walked in and met Sid we were well impressed. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and eager to ensure that every little detail of our requirement was addressed. There was no time pressure at all and the illustrations were perfect for us to make our decision.

From the beginning Sid guided us through the design of our kitchen and chosen appliances with patience and professionally. Moreover, during the process of installing our kitchen, he was there with us by answering any queries and accommodating any changes that we asked for.
The other staff as well were very helpful and amiable.

From start to finish the experience of dealing with Howdens Ruislip, and with Sid in particular was excellent.
He guided me thought the design, kitchen units and appliance selection process patiently and expertly. He also recommended a first rate kitchen fitter, Justin. As the fitting progressed, Sid proactively called to check progress and my level of satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Howdens Ruislip and Sid.

Excellent service

We had our kitchen designed by Howden and Sid our designer was extremely helpful with ideas and planning the layout. He was accommodating when we had to make changes to the final design and gave useful suggestions. Based on the service we would recommend Howdens Ruislip.

I purchased a kitchen from Howdens Ruislip recently - Sid was incredibly professional, patient and always made himself available. I had multiple consultations with Sid before agreeing the design. The kitchen was delivered on time and Howdens were very accommodating. Very happy with the final result and would highly recommend Sid!
