Howdens - Rochdale Anmeldelser

We recently had a new kitchen from Howden’s Rochdale and I have to say what a fantastic store this is. From start to finish the experience of choosing a new kitchen was made so easy. We were expertly guided through the process step by step and felt really understood about what we wanted. From the Appliences to the units we are so happy with our finished kitchen, it is just perfect and we can’t thank Faye enough for her excellent knowledge of the products, professionalism and wonderful service, nothing was too much trouble.

Our kitchen arrived on time and the young man that delivered it was so helpful (sorry didn’t get his name)

10/10 to Faye and the team at Rochdale… we highly recommend a Howden’s kitchen, thank you so much for creating our dream kitchen 😊

From start to finish Charlotte made my shopping experience with howdens very pleasant.
Definitely recommend buying from here!

I have been using Howdens now for few years been to a few different branches but I have found the Rochdale team are the most experienced and helpful they go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need .
Charlotte my designer goes out measures all my jobs to perfection never have any issues and if there is anything that’s not quite right (not often) she sorts it with no issues and no hassle recommend her and her team to anyone

I received my kitchen in October 2023 and the customer service I received from Charlotte and her team was above and beyond! They went out their way and nothing was ever to much. The after care has been amazing and communication throughout the process has been fabulous. After using our kitchen for 6months now , we are super happy with it and can't thank Charlotte and her team enough!! :)
Appliance wise we have the Lamona dish washer and fridges and happy with them.

Rochdale branch

Always great kitchens from Howden’s, used them for a long time and they last and look amazing for years !
I am currently using the Rochdale branch and just want to say what a great service they provide, very prompt on time service, delivery arrived exactly when I wanted it and even when I wanted to swap some appliances they catered for me straight away and had them on site before the kitchen was even finished !
Great service and thanks again Faye and your team for all your help !
Would highly recommend Howden’s, Rochdale in particular, if your in the North West !

Recently had a new kitchen fitted and I'm so pleased with the result. Everything went smoothly and i would definitely recommend ! Big thanks to Charlotte from the Rochdale branch for getting everything spot on :)

The service I recieve every time is exceptional, always offering a refreshment, polite, helpful and informative. Charlotte and the design team go over and above and listen to what you want and work within budget every time.

Great value for money, easy to deal with and great staff, any issues are always sorted and use them regularly!

This Howdens is one of the best. Great design team and friendly staff. Running under a new manager who takes pride in keeping customers and trades highest priority. couldn't recommend and more.

Absolute rip off can't deliver when stated, then deliver a wrong kitchen which has been in their storage for over a month. Kitchen was missing parts, no kitchen plan to work with ended up costing over 3 an half days messing about waiting for appliances and other materials then when trying to order a worktop the manager tried to charge more than I could get it for from another branch. Now they trying to charge for a fridge that has been swapped due to their error. Would never use the rochdale branch ever again Absolute shambles. Rochdale branch. And the best thing is they don't have a customer complaints email.

Staff and management went out their way to provide me with a new kitchen in London and great prices I just wish I could have my account upgraded to credit account make my life easier for more orders

helpful design and really good customer service from Julieanne

Great customer service and very nice, helpful staff.

Always a pleasure dealing with Howdens Rochdale, the staff are extremely helpful and supportive, Thanks……

Outstanding customer service received by Andy. Designed my kitchen with precision and care to detail to maximise small space. Very friendly and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable which is essential in any line of work. Will definitely be recommending to my colleagues at FPHS and will hopefully be returning when I decide the get bedrooms done.

I bought bedroom wardrobes seeing the brochure yet the designer did not design it as the brochure and the way I wanted it. The wardrobe doors had holes on both sides for left or right hanging so what is the point of a designer. Better to buy ikea flat pack. Not happy at all it cost me a lot of money for 3 wardrobes. Never trust a sales person.

Andrew in particular at Howdens Rochdale has excelled in customer service. His warmth and approachability exudes through his friendly helpful attitude. He goes above and beyond his job and deserves to be recognised. Thank you. Kindness goes a very long way.

Great staff extremely helpful. Even called back because I was unsure about something. The friendly staff explained everything and said feel free to call back as many times as I needed. I do prefer buying from howdens it’s hassle free you get what you see on the tin always helpful and try and save you money.

Great service sent Charlotte at Rochdale a kitchen plan by another supplier. Prompt reply and cheaper. Ordered and promptly delivered on the arranged day.
Thank you Charlotte and Rochdale branch.
